Buffalo wild wings it’s a good place to watch a game and enjoy with friends.
I went on a Sunday afternoon and it was pretty empty but our service was fast.
Food is decent, but not the best.
I like the fact that this specific location is at a shopping center so we could walk after eating.

Buffalo Wild Wings is a take or leave it franchise.
Personally, I love the bdubs restaurant because the food is delicious and usually consistent. You come for the wings & watch sports. However, I understand the rating here is based on being understaffed. I get it, it’s usually slow here and not busy so I’m not gonna knock it.
With that said, it’s not the best and it’s not the worst location. It’s just convenient and a great choice for some chicken in the Otay mall.
Family friendly, and a place for those who love the bww wings.

This is a place we enjoy but today the management was bad in attending us or getting us a table, their was little to no people here and the host was ready to sit us but management told her to have us wait another 15 min, she said it was because they only had 2 servers, either they really under perform or management can’t manage this business properly. Waiting over 30 minutes on a Monday night while their sits available is crazy to me. Hope they get a better manager that can handle a slow Monday night properly, hope you all have better luck getting service. Taking our money to cheesecake factory for today.

Last time I went to a BWW was back in 2006 at the CV location. That experience was so so. Fast forward 19 years later, I decided to give them another chance. And let me tell you… I had the same exact experience. After picking through a 1/4″ of breading as if I was working with stucco I was able to finally see the “chicken” i ordered. From the time we sat down til we were able to place our order was about 20 min. Then we waited another 20 min to receive the side of dipping sauce I ordered first with no food. 10 min later we got 1 of 2 dishes. After another 10 min the second order was received and it was wrong. Had to wait another 10 min to get the correct order. When it was all said and done we waited another 20 mins to get checked out. The waitress was very nice and helpful. Lesson to be learned…. ill probably never go to a BWW again. Too much breading on the wings and slow service.

Unfortunately, every time I visit this Buffalo Wild Wings location, the experience is disappointing. Compared to other locations, like Mission Valley, the service here is noticeably lacking.
I recently visited with my boyfriend and his parents, and we felt ignored whenever we wanted to order more food or drinks. The service was slow and unresponsive, making the experience underwhelming. Even trying to pay the bill was a hassle—no one checked on us or brought it over without us having to track someone down.
The wings were overly salty, and despite ordering drinks, nothing seemed to quench my thirst. If you’re just looking for a place to grab a beer, this location works, but if you’re expecting good service and a smooth dining experience, I’d recommend going elsewhere.

So, i know I ordered during the National NCAA Football championship game, but i ordered at home and arrived and still waited 20 min for my food. and I don’t mind waiting for fresh hot food.
BUT, this was NONE of that. For my first experience ordering from BWW and it is apparent to me that it is a BAD IDEA. they have a built in entrance for TO GO orders and designated people to manage a register for TO GO orders, but what a HORRIBLE experience.
My fries were barely luke warm when I got home, the lemon pepper wings were so over cooked and dried out you would think they wouldve been extremely HOT, but NOPE luke warm too and dried out like beef jerky or year old saltines crackers. and why would you serve a dry rub lemon pepper wing without butter? The Honey garlic wings had a flavor worthy of 4 stars but the wings were just like the lemon pepper, luke warm, dried out and over cooked. Lets talk onion rings, the best thing we ate, but unfortunately they were luke warm too.
As i received my order I asked do your carrots and celery come with ranch dressing and i got a definite YES, but nope not in the bag and the rest of their sauces all kept in the Fridge and sent to go cold with luke warm wings. Lets talk veggies, celery is what it is, but ironically stringy, carrots normally are the mini carrots we can all buy from the grocery store, but EVERY TIME ive ordered carrots they are at a minimum cut in half, not here they are whole right out of the bag as if they need more time to serve luke warm food.
So, lets summarize, Over cooked, luke warm, missing food above having to wait 20 min in the restaurant.
How is this place even in business? I’ll never come back.

This was an amazing Buffalo Wild Wings location a few years ago. However within the last 3 or so years service has gone way down. Especially for night crew. There’s no way a single server can both serve and bartend without getting overwhelmed. Corporate really needs to take a closer look at operations. Boneless wings are small, quite frequently over cooked. Service takes far too long even when restaurant is not busy. Not the employees faults but corporates for not giving them the proper resources.

If you have a pickup order scheduled for 4pm, do not go to pick it up until 4:30. If you show up on time, no one will be there to service you – which is what happened to me today. I showed up today on time and no one was there at either the host area or the pickup area. It took them roughly 15 minutes for someone to come out and ask me what my name was on the order. They look to be short staffed since I only saw a few servers. Other than that, the wings were amazing. Remember, if you have an order scheduled for pickup, do not show up until 30 minutes afterwards.

Place is packed too noisy and roudy I know it’s a sports bar but I’ve been to plenty and this one was annoying not just loud. We sat there for like 10mins before our server finally showed up and then waited like 45mins for our food. Which is good but nothing to write home about. Over all it was a 3 out of 5 experience would definitely go someplace else.

This is for the BWW in Chula Vista/Otay Lakes. Food was good. Atmosphere usual crowd, sports on every TV screen. Our server wasn’t very attentive. I had to constantly ask for napkins, utensils and the check. I only saw the server to take our order and to finally get the check. There wasn’t a big crowd at 3:30 Thursday afternoon. I much prefer the one in Santee.
