Theses people know what they are doing! We’ve now been twice, and each the time service and food were incredible. The Farmers Pizza has a perfect crust and the cured meat has just the right amount of flavor without being greasy. We’ve also had the bison tips, perfectly prepared, very tender, juicy and melt in your mouth! The Pulled Pork Slider and French Onion soup are flavored to perfection and the arugula and quinoa salad is equally amazing. The tang of the dressing pairs well with the sweetness of the candied pecans. For dessert, we had the cheese cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The crust, or rather crumble, of the cheese cake tuned out to be pecans! It was perfect. Everything we ordered, from the first bite to the last, was delicious. Fine dining in the Baca without ‘fine dining’ prices. Out of all of the restaurants we’ve eaten at in the valley and beyond, Sage’s Hearth is THE BEST! We will definitely be back and are looking forward to the Valentines Day Prix Fixe with wine pairings! Np matter what you choose from the menu, you are going to be amazed!

I was blown away by Sage’s Hearth and their locally sourced menu the first time I ate there, and had been back every week since—it’s that good! I loved the bison tips for dinner and Benedict for brunch. Run don’t walk!
