Absolutely the worst customer service and rudest experience ever. Was standing outside the building waiting for my partner to come in who hadn’t walked into the walmart yet. Two workers ( a man a woman) started to shout at me and told me I couldn’t even stand near their building even though I was about to come in and eat. Lost a customer that day and will not be back in the future. Stay clear of this place unless you’d like to be yelled at as well

Watched them peel the moldy food off the top and threw it away, then served the meat from under it. When I said something, they argued and said it was still good, no mold on that piece. DO NOT EAT HERE!

I have gone to this Subway numerous times and the food was great. Last night I go in at 8 and there are 4 workers talking, not even acknowledging me. One was taking to the others while he was making HIMSELF a sub. The other 3 were talking in a group while one was counting money. I was so aggravated that I just turned around and left. I don’t know if I’ll ever go back.

The person who took my order, Manisha, was very disrespectful. As someone who just ordered their food I am very upset and with my twelve year old daughter we agree that we’re never going their again. My daughter went to order a sub and tried to give my daughter a 6 inch, Manisha clearly got mad when my daughter told her she wanted a foot long. She didn’t even ask foot long or six inche. Manisha started putting the meat on my daughters sub angrily as if the meat did something to her. When it was my turn to order I told my daughter to order her sister a sub. Manisha barely asked me any questions when it came to adding Vegatables and would place everything down angrily. When my daughter ordered the last sub Manisha carried it out like it’s nothing she asked what bread but when she would ask what meat and cheese she wouldn’t specifically asked “what cheese.” Or “What meat?” She would just say what type how does she expect my daughter to know. When my daughter told her toasted Manisha just went on and acted how she didn’t hear my daughter. My daughter said it another time Manisha looked at my daughter and than kept putting it in the bag. When it came to paying I told Manisha “I’m paying for my food I’m not asking it for free.” Manisha was also being racist.I don’t speak well my English so I get my daughter to help me sometimes. My daughter and I realize when the people who were behind us were American she kept smiling repeatedly at them and saying how sorry she was she would ask them nicely what they wanted and everything else.I never act rude to people who are taking my orders but she really earned it. I do not recommend it especially with Manisha as the person taking the order.

Had an online order and had the staff refuse to give me my order. They asked what name on the order I gave them the name, and they didn’t even check they kept
asking for the name, and I kept giving them the name, and they finally asked to see order number an finally got my food an the name i said clear as day was on the ticket. This was a bad experience, very unprofessional by the staff

Tonight I was ordering my food they have 3 teenagers here. They were to busy talking to each other being loud and rude instead of taking care of their customers. They have their friends coming out the back that don’t even work here just back there hanging out. The man after me asked for fresh veggies because there veggies looked old and one of the girls literally yelled at the other one for more tomatoes and cucumbers instead of going to get them herself. And as I sit here on my lunch break they are continuing to be loud. Very unprofessional..

Ordered tuna melt was told I could only pick 2 veggies. I have gotten this several times from other subways in the area. I have never been told I can’t get what I want, I ask if this was just at this subway. I was told yes and by the look of the veggies there was not many and did not look fresh. I understand all business are having a hard time staffing. The least you could do is make the customer happy.
