Great food excellent prices. Food is usually always hot and customer service is not bad. Only gave it r stars because my food was messed up on three different occasions. They either forgot to add something or added something that wasn’t requested. Also I did3 have any straws or ketchup But they fixed it no problem. I recommend it to eat.

Up until about a month or so ago this was the best Rally’s around, fresh food, the correct food, with little to no wait, so all good things. The couple times I have gone I have had to wait as much 15 minutes for 4 burgers and an order of wings. The last couple times I have gone they wrang up the wrong good. Twice they sent out the wrong type of wings, they sent regular wings when I ordered boneless. Once they sent out two regular rally burgers with cheese instead of double rally burgers with cheese. Or I have ordered a large meal and they gave me a medium. I give them that they did not charge me wrong. They sent out exactly what I was charged for. It gets frustrating when you get to the shop and people don’t have the food they wanted. It would help if they would give you the receipt before you get your food. Then they do this thing, even for a small order like 2 double rally burgers with cheese, they took my order I paid for it and then they had me back up behind the window and then they waved me forward when my food was ready.

The most worse place to ever eat. If you want to eat that same you order it you will be sadly mistaken. Have to constantly keep reordering because they don’t never hear you. Slowest place ever to get food even through the drive thru. The fastest I think I have ever gotten food from this place was 30 minutes. Really hate this place the employees don’t care about there service nor attitude, management don’t give a **** if you are treated right just as horrible as employees, and corporate couldn’t give two ****s to even listen. I hope someone comes along and takes this company out of business because all establishments in New Orleans are horrible.

Ate here more out of nostalgia than anything else. I don’t see these in Houston, much, anymore. I had difficulty understanding the young lady in the drive through with her New Orleanean accent.

The mild buffalo wings with fries and a Sprite I always get a cup of ice cream it’s just a perfect meal. The mild buffalo wings, maybe on the menu it says medium but I’m pretty sure it’s mild, they are perfect it has that Buffalo flavor but it’s not extremely hot.

Only 1 lane open and it was raining bad and there was no cover to order your food so you had to get soaked to order plus it took foreverrr… the fries were not even hot when by the time we got them too.

Good service but my burgers were dry & smashed…lettuce was shredded oddly. It literally looked like they used their hand and smashed the burgers. Not sure if I will go back. I used to like this location

This particular location has to do a food inspection in sanitation & in food hygiene because I order chili dog with cheese & a rally burger by itself. & when I drove off & sat in my car with my lights on to look at the food. I’ve seen buku bugs.. like MULTIPLE Itty BITTY BUGS in between my onions & chili. I was DISGUSTED. I am reporting The store Manager Ms. Felicia & the young lady who made my food who’s name Ariel to corporate. NEVER COMING or even thinking about going to another drive thru RALLY’s anymore!

The chicken box barely had chicken bites in it.. all of our fries were soaked in grease …. and the service was horrible drinks over flowing and it was line they rushed us through the line and could barely understand the last speaking
