Great experience. Went through the drive thru today. And the lady serving me noticed that I had my toddler with me and asked to split my toddlers milkshake in half to make it easier for his to drink in a smaller cup. It was so thoughtful of her to do so for us. It did make it easier for my toddler. Thanks so much for making my experience for a sweet treat so much easier.

We have tried ice cream all of the country and East Coast Custard is among the best out there. Unfortunately I do NOT recommend this location. The two scoop at this shop is much smaller than the two scoop at the location on Pearl Street, plus the price is 13% more expensive. Compared to Pearl Street this custard was less creamy and had more of a water flavor. The butter pecan was vanilla custard with only 2 pecans in the entire scoop. Very disappointing compared to the fantastic flavor and servings at the other east coast Custard locations.

The custard is delicious, and even though there are only a few standard flavors, mix-ins are available to enhance the treat. There is no seating inside, but there is a patio outside if you want to park and eat there, and there is also a drive through. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff is friendly and quickly serves your order.

East coast custard never disappoints. After a 3 day crack binge my baby mama was craving a secret menu item —> THE MALT DOG <--- it's so innovative and convenient. It allows you to take a bite of the hotdog and sip the malt while leaving your non dominant hand free to do more crack! 11/10

Do yourself a huuuge favor and stick with the regular chocolate and vanilla. Me and my daughter made the mistake of going on a day they were serving Cookie Monster frozen custard. We were instantly addicted. We ended up going back that evening for seconds. Now we have to wait a month for the flavor to come back. It’s marked on the calendar as “Cookie Monster Custard Day”.

I love it here!! There’s many different flavors to choose from and a great selection of toppings as well!! The custard cannot be beat anywhere else. It’s such a cute spot with really friendly employees and the manager Ashley was very nice. Definitely bringing my family up here soon!!

Ordered a Buckeye concrete and it was just vanilla ice cream with peanut butter sauce – no toppings at all. Disappointed since it had no crunch or peanut butter cups. I recommend checking your to go order before leaving.

I just went to East Coast Custard yesterday in Fairview Park and ordered the “Banana Froster”. Never heard of that kind before but might I say it was impeccable. Who knew banana would be so good when combined with ice cream, kudos to whoever came up with that flavor. Also the service was amazing. I think her name was Ashley who helped me, she was very sweet and even offered my dog a pup cup. Highly recommend, and will return.
