I really wish I had taken a picture of the amazing pizza that we completely destroyed today. I consider myself a fairly regular customer, but today’s experience has been by far the best. It was sincerely the busiest I’ve ever seen, with only one staff member working. I was surprised that, for the first time, i was called by name when i walked in the door. I received not only the best quality food that I have ever had from Charlies, but watched and received possibly the best customer service that I’ve ever had there. Tina you are amazing.

Service was fine. Burgers were bad. Untoasted store bought buns were far larger than the lean, dry, under seasoned patty. Unmelted cheese and far too many condiments. The fries were good and I appreciated the side of gravy. The pizza was fine.

We went to this place for first time. The service was very poor. They did not give us right order. Many toppings were missing. We waited for more than one hour to get our order. It doesn’t matter if you are first one to go there and stand in queue, they will choose whom to serve first. They weren’t pleasant. The washroom was also in bad condition. Would never go back there.

Went for lunch and this was the first visit. Had the loose hamburger plate (traces of ground burger over fries with gravy & onions). It was OK but very skimpy on the meat. The server was crabby – maybe she was just having an off day. The place could use a good cleaning. Unlikely to go back.

I can’t wait to come back here in the summer. Best cheese fingers in Nova Scotia, Donair egg rolls are not greasy, the burgers are incredible and you can’t beat the prices. The staff is awesome as well! See you next summer!
