I ordered the birria de chivo and my girlfriend ordered the enchiladas with cecina.
Being from Jalisco, I’ve tasted birria many times, this one had excellent flavor and the meat was very tender, it was very well prepared and cleaned with no bones or tough pieces, it’s very rare to find birria this well prepared.
The enchiladas tasted like they were home made with a Michoacán style flavor, the cecina meat was good quality also and perfectly crisp.
The agua de limón con pepino (lime with cucumber) was also really good.
Overall we felt the prices were reasonable considering the excellent quality of the food, we will definitely come back.

Hace un año vine aquí..tenían muy buen servicio y el café era muy bueno..Hoy mayo3/2025 vengo y me encuentro que está cerrado y no tiene la calificación A Si no una B eso significa que el departamento que inspecciona la higiene y salud de los restaurantes y tiendas..encontró algo mal..espero se pongan las pilas y continúen haciendo un buen negocio..sobretodo limpio.

Se nota el cambio k hubo en la preparación de su birria. Antes estaba muy buena y ahora es caldo de pura agua sin sabor ,, las aguas pura agua sin sabor tampoco. Las tortillas crudas. Super caro la verdad. Ya nunca volveremos a comer ahy. Antes valía la pena pagar lo k cobraban pork estaba deliciosa. Pero hoy. Nose pork está tan mala. Sorry se nota k hubo cambios.
