Extremely sensual, incredibly crustatious, fresh as a mid summers morning. Just a few words to describe the magic that is taking place at Bubsy.
Located at Obercreek Brewing, Bubsy has brought every highlight of New York style pizza and created the end-all be-all perfect pie.
Perfectly hydrated dough, fresh never frozen ingredients along with each pie being hand stretched and prepared in a wood fired oven containing hand selected hardwood. Nothing can go wrong.
In all seriousness you should run, not walk to try this pie. The best in the area by a mile. Brian and Liv care about putting out great food. Arrive early on the weekends, order a pie or two, and drink a few beers.
FYI they do sell out so it’s always best to give a call. Greatness takes time so be patient!

Let’s talk about hidden gems. If you live in the Hudson Valley and haven’t tried Bubsys you need to get it together. My favorite is the Goat pie but you truly can’t go wrong with any pie on the menu. Brian and Olivia are true masters of their craft and frequently come up with new specials. Pair a pie with one of Obercreeks beer and you’ll be in heaven.
