We went on Feb 19th and I wanted to highlight that day because the team working that night was awesome! There were only two people in the kitchen, but the pizza was kept hot and fresh, plus they had a great selection. It was a busy night, but they managed everything so well. It was the best CiCis I’ve been to in a very long time!

Willing to be open on a snow day! And still kicking out fresh pizzas. This Cici’s has been our family’s #1 location of Cici’s to eat at, and trust me, my family has tried all the other locations. We are huge Cici goers.
For 3yrs, the staff is consistently providing great service, the pizzas are always fresh and plentiful, and the tables are always clean and ready. This Cici’s location has all a Cici’s should have. Kudos to everyone for all their efforts in being the best! See y’all again!!

Again… I’ve been to a buuuuunch of Cici’s and this is one to go to! Great pizza, new games, very clean and tidy, aaaaaand it’s been recently updated. Great location here in Frisco too. Loved it!!!

Extremely clean. Friendly staff. Variety of freash hot pizza, soup and dessert. Great gaming area for my toddler. Kids 3 & younger are only 99 cents! Great price. Bathrooms clean too. Only negative was they served no dessert pizza which is my favorite 🙁

Had the dinner buffet for $5 a person offer. The varieties were plentiful. Had the pasta with alfredo sauce, cheese breadstick as appetizers. Then had a slice of cheese pizza, beef pizza, chicken bbq pizza, buffalo chicken pizza, and macaroni cheese pizza. For dessert had the cinnamon roll.

I walked into this CC’s expecting a decent experience based on the 4.4 stars, and I have no idea how they earned that. It took five minutes just to get greeted, the salad bar was missing items, the ice machine was bone-dry, and the employees acted like urgency was optional. Food on the floor, empty buffet pans, and zero pride in what they were doing.
The final straw was when they couldn’t even find a fork for a $14 buffet. I got my refund and left. This place isn’t anywhere near a 4.4 — it’s a 2-star at best, and I won’t be back.

It has great pizza great customer service. My son wanted some Mac and cheese but they didn’t have it. Then they were nice enough to go in the back and throw something together for him and brought it out. It made his night and mine! Great people here!!!
