Just called and I’m disappointed. It’s clearly not Celiac safe. Pizzas are cooked in the same oven and fried foods in the same fryer. The person answering my questions was clearly not really sure how to answer. I’m not sure why they advertise so many GF options if there’s no dedicated areas, appliances, or even training the staff. I won’t be trying it unfortunately.
