I had a company event where I ordered over 150 sandwiches! The catering director James K. was so professional and amazing! My delivery was prompt and when I needed an additional order he aided me in fulfilling it earlier than the pickup time. During my second pickup, the catering manager Stephanie S. helped me! No… you’ve gotta be kidding me. Out of every chick fil a I’ve been to, this one disappoints me. Me and my family have been to this one a few times before, but just today, it was lunch so of course it was crowded. We ordered our food online around 12 pm nearing 1 pm, but we waited for a while and haven’t gotten our food while other customers came later after us got their food. Really unfair, not a single “sorry.” We also asked to swap the mac and cheese for a different one because it was kinda burnt and we were able to but it seemingly felt suspicious cuz when we got a new one it looked as if they just removed the burnt part instead of giving us a new one (Not sure, but just assuming). Never coming here ever.

Seating – lots of spaces, enough for the homeless sleeping next to his drink to the group of parents with screaming kids.
Service – 1 out of 3 orders, drink was not brought with the order to the table. Then, the cashier mistakenly entered spicy rather than regular, practically killed my mom who can’t handle spicy.
Food – when it is made right, fresh vegetables on a nice fried chick. The variety of sauces offered is the key to a taste boost, but as is, a good meal. Big enough to be filling on its own despite its $7+ price for a Deluxe, but still enough room for a mac and cheese or salad.
Drive thru – time a visit outside rush hours for lunch and dinner and its fast. Otherwise, expect a long wait.

Sadly I didn’t check my bag before leaving the drive thru. I order two meals. That’s it. Two. I came home and had one meal. I called and they offered to come back that night or any time in the next 30 days. I asked to just be refunded. I was home already and didn’t want to go back out. I was told I could have a credit and come back any time in 30 days. I asked for my money back and she said we’ll through in a free dessert. While I appreciated it, I just wanted my money back. My only options were to go back or get a credit to use in 30 days. Disappointed

Amazing customer service, as always!! Thank you, Mauro. He was super friendly and had such a happy, positive energy. Also, I like his suspenders. Just wanted to let him know I think he’s doing a great job and I really appreciate it. I was having a stressful morning/day and needed a yummy milkshake and ice dream cone to cheer myself up. Also, I didn’t know they had cute flower vases on the tables. Classy!
