At first I was like, what??? $15 for a sandwich? But it actually comes with a side and is made with high-quality ingredients. You can taste the difference.
This little shop doesn’t have indoor seating, but there are a few tables set up outside in the alley if you want to eat there.
I do wish there were more beverage options. A house made lemonade would’ve been perfect.
Overall, I enjoyed my experience — great customer service and a really well-made sandwich.

On the day I was there, the staff was not friendly. The tuna melt sandwich was OK. The cheese was melted on the outside of the bread. The tuna mix was not heated. I was surprised that a cup of water was not available. He said we don’t do it like that here. We don’t have ice. I noticed a menu with a variety of iced coffee drinks. Dine-in is not available. Everything is take out.

We were parked along the street making calls when we noticed Bella’s Deli shop. We decided to check it out and we are so glad that we did. We ordered the 3 little pig sandwich (pictured) and the club sandwich. They come with your choice of chips, pasta salad, and potato salad. They were packed with vegies and meat and the bread was very fresh. Very delicious! This is not a fast food deli but a gourmet deli with fresh items prepared daily and made to your request. Our order took about 20 minutes but the sandwiches were well worth the wait. I don’t have a picture of the Club sandwich because my husband had already started eating it but it was just as large as my sandwich. Come with an appetite because the sandwiches are large.

Solid sandwich place, and would recommend. The guy who came in before us came here a few times (probably on vacation).
Feedback:
1. The three little pig sandwich? Good ingredients. I personally don’t like semi-crumbly bread—never have and never will. It’s a style that I would not elect. I actually recommend all of America to use Vietnamese banh mi bread (basically a French poboy bread but better). Secondly, I don’t like wet bbq sauce bc it’s usually overpowering and find it detracting. I would rather have it as a dipping sauce or none at all.
2) Cobb sandwich: with boiled egg, chicken, bacon etc. 4.5 star. I liked it and again, would choose a different bread. Just a personal preference
3) Potato salad: sub 3 star. The grocery store at City Market around the corner is better. The ingredients here are fine: they did a nicely boiled potato with the skin but didn’t mash it — rather served it in chunks. Flavoring? They used a hint of Cajun spice on top but that’s it? Growing up in Louisiana, I would have 10x the spice level and/or add white pepper plus diced up pickled radishes via-Korean-Chinese-Vietnamese style. That would give it a punch and a crunch.
Overall, I enjoyed it and would recommend others to try. If Subway is 2 stars, this place is easily double better than that franchise. Price? Everything is pricey in a vacation town but location, it’s a minute off the main drag. So anyone can walk by and try.

I wish I could bottle up how amazing this turkey sandwich smells so you could be jealous it was all mine! Just kidding, you can get one too. Bella’s Desert Deli has an easy to read menu which had clear descriptions of each salad and sandwich. Cute waiting area and bench to sit and wait. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the little games she had for them to play while we waited. Service was prompt and super nice. If you’re looking for a delicious sandwich – that’s probably even better than what you’d make for yourself – check out Bella’s Deli.

Neat little hole-in-the-wall sandwich shop. There is no dine-in seating so be prepared to take your food to-go. Prices are fair and the food is excellent. Service is great. Can’t go wrong here.

We grabbed sandwiches to go for our adventure at Arches national park.
I had the turkey. He had the bbq chicken. Mine came with potato salad which was a mashed potato dish mixed with seasonings and chunks of potatoes. I normally don’t enjoy potato salad but this was a ten.
We ate them about three hours after they were prepared. We were so pleasantly surprised they were still dry & not soggy. The flavours were phenomenal honestly and it tasted and felt home made. Which when you’re on the road eating out a lot, was a welcome taste of home.
The shop operates like a to go counter. It has a cute retro fun colourful vibe. Staff is super friendly.
Didn’t take long to get our order.

Best Club sandwich we’ve ever had! Great quality and fresh ingredients but more importantly it’s all about the balance…perfect ratio of bread, bacon, ham, turkey, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and we added avocado. It takes some time to make. But we loved it so much we came back and ordered the same thing the next day! Perfect lunch for Arches!

We discovered Bella on our first day in Moab and were pleased to find 2 vegetarian to-go sandwich options, Bella veggie and garden veggie. Both of them were flavorful, filled with veggies and quite tasty. We had them few hours later after our hike and they stayed pretty well. We enjoyed the sandwiches so much that we ended up having them almost daily. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Ok… I hope you can read between the lines on this one… Do NOT, I mean seriously DO NOT attempt to eat one of Bella’s sandwiches while driving! (lol) That was one of the thickest, most generously portioned, gooey, drippy, WONDERFUL sandwiches of my life. Only critique… Bella, for heaven’s sake, double the napkins in your to go bags! 😉 Seriously though, thank you. That was just what I needed and I wish I were a local so I could keep having your sandwiches!
