My kids happy meal that I got in the drive through had ice in it, so the food was cold and the bottom of the box was soaked. Every time I have been here, it’s just subpar, even for a McDonald’s. The fries are usually like warm if you use the drive through. I try not to even come here anymore, but it’s literally the only fast food in the area. The only reason it gets two stars instead of one is because of the play area.

Today, 9/14/25 at 11 a.m., I stopped at this McDonald’s and ordered the new burger ‘deluxe special edition gold mccrispy’. And this is the picture of what I got. Extremely frustrating and terrible for the customer.

I haven’t left a review for a McDonald’s but I felt compelled to do so this time because the experience was great (relative to other fast food + McDonalds restaurants). Staff is super polite, clean restaurant, has a play place, spacious. Great customer service and most importantly, SMILES

Quick service using mobile order at curbside pickup. Friendly and welcoming staff the guy was kind and greeted me.
Well packed food. Food was fresh and hot.
Spicy McChicken is favorite and apple pie was hot and delicious.
Blueberry pie was below average. It was too sweet, and the white cream in the pie is terrible please don’t put this white cream in the pie, it’s horrible taste.

I had a craving for some McDonalds at 12:30 am which I know is late. This location states it is open until 2:15 am so I thought this would be quick and easy. I show up to the door and understandably so the lobby is closed so I head through the drive thru. I get in and I hear not a single word, no hello how can I help you or response to me trying to figure out if anyone is there.
I leave the drive thru and walk to the window and see that there is someone in there, I knock knock knock and knock and get completely ignored. Avoided eye contact with me and ran to the back to hide again.
I understand it was late and you don’t want to make food for people at 1 am however you chose to work somewhere that stays open during these hours and should be expected to provide food service for customers. I really hope this person wasn’t a manager because I don’t even want to imagine the rest of the staff.

Their frappe machine has been out for almost a month!! Ridiculously long time for a machine at a very busy McDonald’s to be out that long in my opinion!! Not happy guess I will go to Starbucks from now on!

I like their PlayPlace. It has different structure compare to other McDonald’s PlayPlace. I also like the fact that they let kids come in & play until closing time at 11pm, which is a huge plus for our family because we tend to have dinner late.
The only thing I dont like is they charge 50cent for everytime you refill fountain drink. Other McDonald’s don’t charge to refill.

Have to stations to order and pay then take a number and they bring your food out, ask if you need any condiments or anything else then bring it to you. They have a huge kid play set my grandkids loved. It was clean and quiet
