on 7/16/2025 around 12:30-1pm I came into the store, there was 1 girl that was working that was very rude, the way she presented herself and spoke to customers baffled me.
the next day I decided to go back, I love getting my lunch from here since our food options are limited in this town.

the second day 7/17/2025 around 1pm, the younger girls working there were so unprofessional! they literally stood there and did not help the guy working. these girls were being very sexual towards each other, literally trying to touch each other inappropriately while there was customers in line, cussing and flipping each other off, and practically kissing behind the counter.
I stood there while my sandwich was being untouched, the just kept looking at me and the sandwich like it was a joke. I actually had to ask the girls if they were done messing around and if I was going to get my sandwich made, and one of the girls said “I’M PUTTING MY GLOVES ON” with the worst attitude, I ended up saying I didn’t want the sandwich and walked out.
I’ve had 2 days in a row with this disgusting and inappropriate behavior.
until something is done about this I will not be returning.

We had been traveling back home from MN to SD and stopped in for dinner. We were driving more than 6 hours with three kids 9 and under so when we got inside the kids were a little rambunctious. We got our food and our two year old dropped a full drink on the floor under our booth instantly. I went up for some towels, and I turned around and a young blonde gal (didn’t get her name) was already cleaning it under the table. She also went out of her way to get us a new cup. Thank you for your great service and keep up the good work! Service is a dying skill but I was happy to find it here in these circumstances!

Got a ultimate b m t. Its ok. But nothing ultimate about it. The bread is old and hard. Normal subway bread is fresh. But not this one
14.13 for a foot long and drink. Subway use to be inexpensive but not any more.

Last couple times I’ve gone something has happened. First time charged me for a footlong when I got a 6 in and this last time got my change wrong…not to mention had to repeat myself multiple times because shift manager had a headphone in. Makes me not want to go back

Since they got their new manager Logan, this store has really turned everything around, and he has really trained his employees to be the best. I do not know know what he did or what all he changed, but the taste and quality of their subs really went up. The place is always clean, the staff is always friendly, and the quality is always top notch now.

Before Logan took over managing the place, this location really wasn’t a place I’d ever recommend, but he has really turned things around. If you haven’t stopped in and seen the changes for yourself, I’d recommend you give them another try and let them change your previously opinion of this location.

Best Subway I have eaten at but they close at 9 apparently even with signs saying 10 on the doors and on Google. If you can sit on TikTok all day you can update your hours.

If I could give this zero starts for service! The manager is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered! I feel so bad for the other employees there! Just snapping at them the whole time and customers as well! As soon as you walk in you can cut the tension with a knife. Definitely unprofessional and shouldn’t be the face of any business
