Went in around 8pm and there was only one young lady working there. She was super busy and looked very stress because she had a doordash and on top of that customers in the store. She was still so nice and friendly. I felt bad for her because she had too much going on at once and should definitely be another person in there.

Newton Subway was the only open one near me … I ACTUALLY called ALL the others before I called the Newton store … I placed the order on the app and I purchased 2 foot longs because it was BOGO 50% off … umm yeah that DIDN’T happen, I called the store and they said that they don’t know how to correct the problem … I ACTUALLY called ALL OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBERS to get the same bot answer and with NO opportunity to speak with LIVE HUMAN … I ACTUALLY WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN … TOTAL RIP OFF WHEN ORDERING THROUGH THAT APP … ALSO it is TOO far from my home … The only positive things I can say about this Subway is the young lady I spoke to on the phone when I told her that I tried several other locations not to get any answer or to hear the number is no longer in service I actually spoke to her several different times that day and she did try to help me with the app and then I went to pick up my order and I walked in to see Cody busting butt to make my order as this young man said he had just got done with a big delivery order he had to make which is why my pick up time of 5:35pm was behind which I had no problem with waiting it was very obvious that Cody was working alone and he was cool as a cucumber when another customer came in this young man acknowledged her presence and said he would be with her momentarily then he continued to do his work and I didn’t really help the situation when I asked for 3 of the foot long cookies when I got there and was waiting for my order anyway I didn’t realize that each one had to be baked individually … I will say the sandwiches were great and yet those fresh baked foot long chocolate chip cookies were the bomb!!! … I am saddened that we don’t have a Subway near Hackettstown NJ it is the one fast food place I choose over the other fast food places

The place is clean. When you arrive, the ask you about your choice of meal. Very polite. From start to finish, the person ask you if you want your lunch to eat there or out. Awesome person!!! Love Subway!!!!

Asked for two meals dude looked me in the eye and ignored me. Paid almost $20 for two 6” that had like half a scoop of chicken on it. Made no effort to care my order wasn’t up to par. Boss made side comments he will add more when they lower costs. Unprofessional and if you want an actual sub with things on it just try another place at least until they put customers first. Unhappy and I used to enjoy this place. So long for now.

At 11 am this morning (10/19/22)I arrived to pick up 2 doordash orders that weren’t even started. The store was busy and only one employee working but she sure made sure to handle every single person’s order that walked in before me and after me making me wait for 20 plus minutes. After 20 minutes had passed I asked did you even start these orders and she said no because you were late which was not true I was actually 5 minutes early and the doordash app will show proof of that. That’s not right to just continue orders one after the other and make doordash customers and their employees wait. I will never pick up any orders from here again. First and last time here, lesson learned.

Today I went there to eat lunch with my son. We spent over $30.00. I could not finish the other half of the sub. I went to the register and asked if they could wrap it up so I could take it with me. Well the two girls looked at me like I was crazy. They only gave me a paper and a bag.
Very poor service and they could have wrapped it up in aluminum foil or plastic wrap. The sub got everything wet!

For the first time in 3 years I have decided to goto subway. I have seen the new commercials and decided to see what the hype was. I checked online to ensure I would be able to walk-in, however upon arrival this was not the case. I showed up at 8:30 on the dot and the store was closed, yet online it states 9pm. Now I don’t think I will be coming back for another 3 years. Please update your sites.
