So I order my meal, I pay extra for a large strawberry lemonade, pay $14.81 for my meal. I get my strawberry lemonade, it’s a small cup, I ask for light ice, so when I get my cup, it’s about an inch from the top from being full. I ask if that was a large, they said yes with their premium drinks. I said it’s not even full, she said well when you ask for light ice, I have to not fill it all the way because you ask for light ice And that’s our policy, I said that’s why I asked for light ice so that I actually get something to drink and not a cup full of ice. Not very happy. You pay premium price and get minimum stuff and then I get punished because I ask for light ice. on top of that I ask for no tomato which is probably a $.30-$.50 up charge and I did not get a discount for that but they still didn’t fill my cup full. My husband was in drive-through right behind me and got a large soda, asked for light ice and his was full to the brim.

First visit I tried the brisket sandwich meal deal. You receive beef brisket on a bun, fries or curly fries, and a drink. I had ordered a brisket sandwich at an Arby’s in Peoria and it was quite good. I was somewhat disappointed in this one as it was more the quality of lunch meat than true brisket. Maybe Arby’s has reduced the quality to save input costs but for $14 I expected better. After all, it is basically fast food and $14 is a little hefty for the quality. The curly fries were actually quite good. Staff seemed more interested in talking among themselves than serving customers. May be a one time occurrence but I have to call them the way I see them. Room for improvement but still acceptable. I made a second visit and it appears the previous concerns have been corrected. The staff was focused on the customers and they were very polite to every customer I observed. I ordered the streak nugget bowl and it was very good. Extremely tender beef steak served with creamy macaroni and cheese with some fried onion tanglers. Great meal and well worth the ten dollars. I’ll order it again and I encourage others to try it.

This Arby’s is still relatively new. It’s always clean. The staff is courteous, and will make your order right. They once refused to give me a pastry because it didn’t have the right number of icing stripes on it. That’s attention to detail.
Never had a bad experience at any Arby’s, and this one certainly doesn’t disappoint.

Had take out so can’t comment on atmosphere. But take out the person who waited on me was very friendly fast and even counted my change back correctly so I gave it to her as a tip. Wish I remembered her name. Wish more people counted money correctly its a lost art.

Normally food is carefully prepared. However the chicken wrap I had tonight was thrown together and I do mean thrown. Didn’t even taste like it normally does. Hopefully they will take more care in the future. Very disappointed.
