Found another gem today, definitely going to be recommending this to everyone…
It’s tucked away just beside the front of the flea market, had plenty of parking.. plus some friendly parking lot cats to keep you company while waiting for your food lol
Service here was outstanding. I mentioned that it was recommended to me but I had never been before, and they were very helpful while I tried to pick from all the foods available.
They even brought me a small quesabirria to try while I waited!
I’m telling you I’ve had a lot of different food trucks around houston, and most of the quesabirria has been mid.. the consomme did all the heavy lifting.
Not here..
This has to be some of the best flavor I’ve gotten to date.. I damn near inhaled the first taco without even touching the consomme.
This is already a crazy long review, and I don’t typically do all this, but damn.. if you’re anywhere near this place, do yourself a favor and find a new favorite spot like I just did
Hell, it’s even worth a travel lol

This taco place is amazing! I ordered a small quesadilla since I don’t eat much, and honestly, the portion size was perfect—actually pretty big for being called “small.” I chose a flour tortilla, and it only cost a little over $4, which is such a great deal.
One thing to know: if you pay with a card, there’s a $2 processing fee, so I’d recommend bringing cash. I personally didn’t love the extra charge.
Getting there can be a little tricky right now because of the construction in the area. I actually missed the turn twice since I wasn’t familiar with the location, so definitely pay attention when you’re driving in.
Overall, the food was delicious, the portion was satisfying, and I left very happy. I definitely recommend it!

I love this place, I’ve come for several years and I have also tried birria all over Houston but this one tops all of them!
I went to a pretty popular spot for their birria earlier this week, and HAD to come all the way from Crosby, tx to Conroe to refresh my tastebuds because no one does it like Luz’s Pinches Tacos!
I also tried their horchata today, and it was a given that is was amazing so yum
Don’t think twice about trying them out ! Their service is so fast it only took them 10 minutes to bring out my food and drinks!

Wow the birria Ramen was huge and so much flavor! Also they had the best charro beans I’ve ever tasted. The street tacos were good, but normal for street tacos. The Birria was the star today! Fun fact: this is a taco truck, not a restaurant and bees were a real problem.

Came here for barria tacos today, and I will say they were delicious! I’ve had them at several, and I mean several places and just can’t find any that are like the ones I make at home. That is, until I came here. Will deff be back to try more menu items!

Was looking for a good taco truck in the Conroe are and the Google reviews took me here. It might be a little hard to get to due to road constructions but this place is totally worth it. My kids love giant quesadillas and I ordered one for each. They were so big they only ate half. I ordered 2 medium quesabirrias and it was way too much food for me. It was so delicious and I had to stop myself from stuffing myself. My wife had the Ramen birria and really enjoyed it. I totally recommend this place and it truly is a must try if you are in the Conroe area.

Hosted a birthday party for my husband at our pool! Luz’s Pinches Tacos catered for us poolside and it was a total hit! They brought a grill and set up poolside to serve everyone! Food was delicious! Birria quesadillas were very popular! Would totally recommend. We can’t wait to visit their food truck
