To be sick spend 70 dollars at the store and they cannot count missed a sandwich then tried to say we had to bring the sandwiches and come back in. So rude dont listen and Especially the young guy with brown hair, slamming doors because he was wrong. If you want good sandwiches head to jerseys mikes. Or any other subway that is not that one. Short hair teen terrible attitude. Do better subway. And by the way the customers are typically right and thanks for having us to drive back making the hot sandwiches cold.

There were two guys working tonight. This is what I mean by extra sauce ❤️ sandwich was awesome . There was an older lady sort of being rude to a guy who seemed newer . But they were super nice and polite with her. Thanks guys!!

Went in to order 2 sandwiches to go . Was greeted with the question “are you picking up a call in or wanting to place an order?”. After telling girl at counter I wanted to place an order she informed me she wasn’t allowed to take any walk in orders at this time. She was by herself and her boss would have to ok that and lift the restriction on her computer. After calling her boss and telling her the situation she informed me that her boss was out and it would be about 15 minutes before she could take my order. I politely said thank you and drive down the street to Jersey Mike’s and enjoyed my sandwich. Personally I would think it would make more sense to take care of your walk in customers and shut off on line orders if you can’t do both. I am not mad at the clerk She was only doing what she had been told. She was in an unwinnable predicament. Just bad customer service from management above her in my opinion

last night we made a online order went to pick it up. My husband went in and first thing he was told is they was only doing online orders because they had to much other things to do. Then the thing next was a lady who he could not understand running around that seemed very intoxicated or something also the young lady who was there with her was very apologetic for her and was fixing part of the cash register that she ( the sick lady) had dropped and messed up. He had even ask what she was doing because the food did not look right but he was handed the sandwich and had to bag it himself fine whatever that not even the biggest problem. Got home it was like bread and sauce on the sandwiches and tomatoes not much of other vegetables or much meat as it was suppose to have it was not eatable. I called the store ask to speak to a manger was told she would be there the next morning from 7-1 so called and finally spoke to the so called manger who was very rude and stated that the lady was not intoxicated but in fact had to go the “ER Sick” so you tell me you had someone who seemed to have been intoxicated but now the manger said she was so sick she had to go to the ER so you let them work like that AND make other peoples food???? great job “BOSS” . ANYYYYYWAYS as I was attempting to explain the issues with the food she said she needed the receipt, sandwiches and the bag in order to do anything welll my dog would not even eat that mess so it was definitely on the trash and then she wanted to be very rude when I said I would be making a review and she said ” WELL YOU DO THAT I HOPE SOMEDAY YOU END UP IN THE HOSPITAL REALLY SICK ” and hung the phone up… WELL little does she know I work in healthcare have for many many years and I never complain or make reviews but this is one place that needs it. I visited this subway on our way out of town.
I asked for a footlong & when it came time for the meat/cheese, I asked for turkey and pepper jack. (key point: | haven’t eaten ham in almost 8 years & it really messes with my stomach.) I got other toppings and checked out. When I got to the car, I began to eat the sandwich and thought the meat tasted a bit weird. I realized it was ham and had my husband taste it to make sure. He agreed.
When he went back in to ask if we could get the right sandwich, the workers argued that I asked for ham and that they’d confirmed that with me (which they did not) & that I should have noticed it wasn’t turkey while they were making it. They ultimately made us pay for the second sandwich after being incredibly unkind to my husband & saying it was my fault. Just really disappointing considering we weren’t angry to begin with.

They just charged me $27.12 for 2 footlong Subs and they didn’t give me the buy one get one for $1 like they should have and the lady was actually kinda hateful and real short with me.

We had 4 individual online orders (6 total sandwiches) scheduled for 12:30 pick-ups on Sat. 2/9/2025. The pick-up person in our group arrived at 12:35 but they had not even started our orders. Finally received our orders at 1:00. Absolutely no benefit to ordering in advance.

If I could leave a review without a star I would the employees are down right rude and not family friendly waited forever just for someone to walk out the door didn’t even say welcome or noting mind you the lobby was empty. Food was not fresh at all ending up walking out

I went to pick up lunch today at 2:30 and I wish I would have gottwn the names of the women working, I had the best customer service I have had in a long time. They were so nice and made everything fast. The store looked clean and I was very impressed. This was not my first time at this location but today made me want to get my lunch from there much more often. Great job ladies! Thank you for making my day!

This is the worst subway! We just left this subway 5-11-24 at 1pm and the workers were so rude! I mean probably the worst customer service ever! The veggies looked absolutely gross and when we asked for new lettuce we were told that’s what we have so!! (She said it with an attitude) And on top of that both of the employees looked like they were on drugs! Subway needs to do better! I will never eat here again! I wish now I would have just walked out! Just go somewhere else! This subway use to be good but not now!
