Reviews
My kid and I go weekly to this location and are normally happy with our orders….except the past two times we’ve gone. First time we didn’t say anything and chalked it up to a ‘bad day.’ Fast forward to last week, I got a granola bowl with a side of acai Not sure if it was same employee both times but we noticed our bowls are being filled with an excessive amount of granola where literally the bowl was 40% granola.
If you’re out of acai then tell us, please don’t supplement acai with granola.
Service was quick. Place was clean. Sanitizer available which was nice.
Juice was good. The strawberry is tasty. The green juice tasted soo sweet it was mostly sherbet flavor. Had spinach but tasted unhealthy too sweet lol.
The acai bowl is good but not the best in the city.
Bathrooms were closed.
Parking lot easy to find space.
Terrible employee alert.
The night of July 15, I ordered a juice on the juice it up app. The order was completed. I was charged money.
I arrive at the store and a girl with black hair told me she cannot make my juice because they turned off the juicers. At this time, I was disappointed, but not mad. I simply asked if they’ll refund me then. That girl said yes.
Days later, I’ve called multiple times and spoken to the store. I have my receipt on the app as proof.
The charge is there on my credit card.
The manager is doing nothing.
No drink. No refund.
