waited in the Drive-Thru line 20 minutes and when got to the speaker was told they were no longer taking drive-thru orders so I pulled around to the lobby and proceeded to go into place my order and the doors are locked employees in there but apparently they don’t want my money nor the other three cars sitting out here wondering why they can’t get in the restaurant!!! ours clearly posted 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and it’s 5:30 p.m. for dinner rush and they’re not taking any customers and no explanation!!! extremely poor treatment of potential customers this is the third time I’ve had issues at this location I will NOT be back !!!

Food was good but the manager needs to know what all is offered at his store. I always get my hard shell doubled shelled at any location including that one. When i asked i was told by the cashier and manager they dont do that, when i get it at this location everytime i visit. Once i got to the window i seen one of the younger guess that normally work, he said u didnt get doubled shell. I just lol. The food is always good and service fast and friendly. All managers and employees just needs to know whats offered in their locations.

Idk whats going on with my favs, but the ball was dropped today. .todays producitivity was not the norm. First, My Soft taco supreme had no sour cream, then my Crunch wrap ( pics to come) was made as if i asked for extra super extra light meat or a veggie one. You guys use to be my number one pic on parker. I will just start going to get my own food so i can check it as many people will start to. My suggestion is make it right the first time to avoid the attitude and frustration of making it again. Well and to keep your customers happier than u did today because this quality was not satisfactory at all, and i really dislike wasting my money., and no it wasnt the dasher because my hardshell was still crunchy.Either way ya flip theres barely any meat, i only broke it in half because it was really thin. Very disappointed in Taco bell.

Went to this location and patiently waited in the drive thru for 25 min just to get cold food. I took the food back and had to wait in the drive thru an additional 30 min because the inside was closed for some reason. I told the cashier that my food was old and I heard the manager saying that I’m holding up her line.

This place is terrible, almost everytime I come here the dining room is closed and so I the drive thru. Their excuse is always they don’t have enough workers. How many workers do you need to make tacos lol and I shouldn’t have to place a door dash order and PAY MORE . RIDICULOUS, change the management ASAP

Why is it soooo DIRTY in there? I mean it wasn’t busy and those floors, man could they use a good sweeping and mopping! I got the steak chalupas street taco, very bland, no taste at all! I couldn’t work at a place dirty like that, let along eat there. Took one bite, it’s a no for me..also no acknowledgement when I came in and was standing there for 5 mins.. even though I had eye contact..

This Taco Bell is always on point. We consistently get amazing service, correct orders and hot food. To be honest this Taco Bell is the sole reason I give other fast food a shot hoping for this level of service.

The service here started off wrong….the young lady who took our order sounded like she had an attitude and was not courteous at all…..we then get to the window and we were told our total and that was all of the verbal exchange. The young man handed us our drinks, took our money, and then shoved the bag of food at my fiance and didn’t say anything else. He had to hurry to grab the bag otherwise it would have ended up on the ground. We go into the bag to find out that one of our chalupas was put in the bag upside down and the cheese, chicken, etc, spilled onto the other food in the bag. Nothing was even warm. The only things that were at the correct temperature was the lettuce, tomatoes, and shredded cheese….We weren’t asked what type of sauce we wanted or anything. Just rude. If this is how you treat paying customers, then you don’t need to be here. We will not be returning to this location.
