Enjoyed a yummy treat at Hershey’s Ice Cream. My son accidentally dropped his scoop, and the attendant / owner kindly replaced it at no charge. That’s what I call great customer service! I highly recommend them.

Only putting two stars because ice cream is delicious. However I am very upset with the customer service. I come here often and most of the staff is pretty rude. One of the elder lady watches tv in the backroom and leaves the front with no staff and gets an attitude when a customer comes. Then a younger lady who works there uses her cell phone while on duty with food! She messed up me and my sibs order twice for not paying attention. And when you correct her for the wrong order she looks at you with disgust.
If you happen to order ice cream make sure thier getting the correct flavor… also when we corrected her on the order she didn’t even switch the cup!! What if i was allergic to nuts?!!

Service wise it was fine but honestly the person doing the serving could be a bit more friendly, she didn’t smile, she wasn’t even that pleasant; efficient yes, but she could use a little more training in customer service.
I thought maybe she was just having a rough day, but my mother who comes there more often than I do says that she is always like that.

Absolutely horrible customer service from a young lady with long dark hair. I’ve been getting ice cream from here for many years, even back when it used to be Baskin Robbin’s. I had a shockingly poor experience with my 2 scoop sundae and then with the employee about said ice cream. I truly felt the situation could have easily been handled but she must have been having a horrible day as I was met with a bad attitude. I asked for a refund and I will not be returning.

I went there today with my 7 year old son for a banana royal for me and a scoop on a cake cone for my son, the ice cream was superb! If you ever go I would recommend the banana pudding with some cookies and cream it won’t disappoint. For my son he chose little blue panda on a cake cone and he loved it he still hasn’t stopped saying how much he wants more. On top of that the customer service was amazing the lady had a little conversation with us about our day and even gave my son some Oreo’s. On top of all of that the price was just 12.58! Was way cheaper than baskin Robbins. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

Terrible customer service. If I could rate ZERO stars I would. This was my first time at this location. I usually stop by the location on K street because it’s near my job but I happen to be near this one & thought I would give it a try. When I walked in the only lady there was mopping in the back and looked very doomed that she had to stop and help someone. She was very rude and starting rushing me. Someone walked in after me she didn’t even greet him and she started rushing me even more. My ice-cream cup was very messy she slapped the top on it and shoved it to me. I will never be back or recommend anyone to go there. You guys should do better.
