Food truck excellence. Street tacos were hittin’! The chicken quesadillas were savory and huge! Served with onion and cilantro. Homemade red and verde sauce.

These tacos are the real deal! These hit the spot after a long day of driving and when you want authentic Mexican tacos. I was truly impressed by the quality and taste. I honestly had my doubts before we got there since I didn’t expect a taco truck in a small town to have delicious tacos like this. We got there around 7:30 and they were busy, but it was worth the wait. Everything was hot and fresh. I highly recommend them! We got a total of 9 tacos for $23 and an agua fresca for $4. They were very affordable and honestly would have paid more.

Okay, let just take a moment and appreciate this food truck. It was absolutely delicious, with bursting flavors, generous portions, and fresh tasting goodness in every bite. I got 2 birria, 1 tripe, and a cup of consume for $10. The aroma filled my truck as I was driving home, I gobbled this down instantly. The tripe was my absolute favorite with the green sauce, radishes, splash of lime, and grilled onions dipped in the juice. Oh my gosh!! I look forward to tasting the whole menu.

Before you head there, please note this is a CASH ONLY place. Luckily, we had enough cash to buy the delicious food. We tried the chicken burrito without flour/corn tortilla. So the chef made us a shell with cheese! It was so yummy that my six year old went back there the next day just to eat that!! Price is very reasonable for the great tasting food

We ordered 12 tacos for 4 of us. Deliciousness. My only suggestion is order more than you think you’ll need because once you start it’s hard not to eat more and more. We arrived at lunch time and only had to wait about 15 minutes. With its proximity to the cemetery it would be fun to come and get some tacos on Halloween and stay and eat.

This place is amazing and authentic. Trust me when I say, don’t try any other taco truck in mineral wells I know my street tacos and this place is where it’s at. The Coca Cola was freezing cold which set it off. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. The green sauce is super good and spicy.

First response was genuinely “oh my God” some of the best tacos I’ve ever had, they were demolished very quickly. the flavor and presentation were exactly what you dream of for Mexican food and spice level is safe even for the fusy eater. Plus with 5 tacos in a order the value is pretty damn good. The wait time can be quite long about 30 minutes for my order but perfect seating right out front and beepers to hold your place. Make sure to bring cash though easier for sure. 10/10 going again tacos are bomb

In all honesty,its just another average taco truck. Gonna be over priced for whatever you get. And best be okay with grease. If youre okay with paying alot for small portions and can deal with the grease than I would say go for it. Lol but nothing is outstanding here, just another average food truck.

On a cool evening out to Mineral Wells and seeing this taco stand with a 5.0 rating, and they serve birria, I just had to try! Their quesabirria taco meal comes with five cute little tacos. As cute as they are, each are fully cooked to excellent perfection and have a wonderfully spectacular well-cooked taste! Especially when dipping them in the accompanying consome broth, which is also amazing by itself! I drank it down after finishing the tacos.
