Visited around midday on a Wednesday in mid-August. We ordered a variety of stuff here: coffee munchkins, a couple breakfast sandwiches. The products were pretty tasty, decent value, prepared pretty quickly. The staff were friendly. The venue itself was clean, inviting. I hadn’t been to a Dunkin’ Donuts in a while so it was nice to be back and to experience the new brand identity. I would come back to this location.

I have a nut allergy and ordered a coffee with oat milk. It says oat on the receipt, but the workers put almond milk in it. Tried calling but got no response. Dunks should really train their staff on allergy awareness.

I was very surprised to read previous reviews as they were not favorable and then I realized they were dated. That said, it’s clear to me that management must have acted on feedback received because the service in this particular Dunkin Donuts is second to none…at least in this geographic region. The staff are extremely efficient, attentive, and personable. There are times when I don’t even think I need to stop my truck going through the drive through during the early AM because their efficiency is outstanding. My order is ALWAYS correct and the enthusiasm of the staff is contagious to the point where it’s nearly the best part of my day. I’ve visited this particular store at varying hours and the service does not waiver. Outstanding job folks and you could be serving nuts and bolts in your coffee and I’d still be a patron of your location. Thank you for all you do.

The Best Dunkies!
Staff is fast, efficient and seemingly passionate about work. They are the best part of my morning. Kelly is usually at the drive-thru, so if you hear her voice at the call box, please know your day is off to a great start.
It’s in the most convenient area, right off 495.
I’ve never had to wait for my food and my drinks are always done to perfection. YES, they actually mix your drink if you added a flavor instead of giving you a separated hot mess. It’s very rare if they don’t have certain types of bagels or donuts, but are quick to offer the next best thing if they don’t have exactly what you want.

This is the dunks near my work, so I go here all the time. They give very fast service and the staff seem to be having a pretty good time back there. The $2 espresso drinks are a big win between 2pm. and 6pm. Seems to be a community place because there always seems to be older people hanging out

Not a great stop if you’re in a rush in the morning. It seemed hectic but the cashier maintained a pleasant attitude which was refreshing. The drive-thru/parking lot situation can be treacherous so watch out for other cars and be careful when you’re walking in and out.

UPDATE – 8/30/21, I hate that I have to write this, but something has changed at this Dunks. This was my favorite Dunks. They were the best, were. The last 5 visits to this store I have not been able to use my DD app. The woman at the window told me they have been having trouble with it ever since they upgraded something. Today I asked to speak with a manager, someone came to the window who I am guessing is not a manager and gave me all kinds of attitude telling me there was nothing she could do about this problem. Just to be clear, I have no problems at other locations. I go here every morning and spend $10+, I guess they don’t want my $60 a week! Then, to top it all off… my avocado toast box (see picture) had almost as much avocado spread on the outside. WHAT HAPPENED??? Somebody actually handed me that box. Seriously? It was all over the bag and my egg wraps too. I love Dunks, but this location lost a customer.
