Ordered a medium pan pizza to try their new style of pizza. Pizza came looking like they carried the box like a breif case. Called and asked me to bring it back. Keep in mind I paid a delivery fee and a tip. Do better papa!!!

Called twice which don’t normally do but my mom and I wanted to make sure the driver got a tip, so I called back and paid for the order on my card. Before I could finish my sentence the attendant hung up on me. The pizza was good and we enjoyed it but the staff answering the phone needs to learn some professionalism.

Ordered pizza not only did it take forever but when we called staff was very unprofessional and rude. I do understand being busy and things can possibly take longer than expected that’s not the problem I understand that but the being rude when asking about my food.

Not impressed. Ordered the Cabot-Fitza Special, got given a burnt Pepperoni Pizza (barely any pepperoni). Called the manager (David Racine) over, told me to get over it? Also told me that I ordered a Supreme Dish and it was my fault? Terrible service. If I could give this 0 stars, I would. As Judge Judy would say. “This is OUT-RAGEOUS” !

I always pick up my order when I get Papa John’s and it is always ready within a reasonable amount of time. However, I chose to place a delivery order a couple hours in advance with a specific delivery time requested. My order was not started until after the delivery time. I called to speak with someone about it and they told me they were waiting on a doordash driver (this was 15 minutes AFTER my order should have arrived). I tried to explain that the driver wasn’t the issue, my order was not even close to ready the time that it should have been in order for a driver to pick it up. I was tracking the order and it wasn’t completed until 10 minutes after it was supposed to arrive. The person I spoke with ended up hanging up on me and was very unprofessional. I would recommend doing a pick up instead of scheduling a delivery because it seems they do not manage orders adequately that are placed far in advanced.

Extremely disappointed.. Ordered the Cabot special and opened the box and see a large amount of ginger hair pieces on my pizza, I called the manager named David Racoon? forgot his last name but he said It was meant to be on the pizza since that what the Cabot Special is. Never ordering from here again. Would not recommend this place.

Honestly, not a bad restaurant. Staffers seemed enthusiastic, especially the manager, David. everything was clean, however I was accidentally given the wrong pizza, where it had “Square Is God” written on it. Confused, I asked him if he mixed up orders, and he said it was meant for his friend “Square” (who??? I’ve lived in this town for 20 years and do not know anyone named “Square”), however he quickly gave me my pizza (very delicious!). Later on that day, my son was sitting at his computer playing “disco” and “Ride way”, when I saw the same pizza on his screen, attached to a profile called “DevGralius”. Probably a coincidence, nonetheless an interesting story!
Overall the service and the food was great.
