The staff was so nice, we loved the environment right when we got there. The fried pickles here are so good! We got a bbq pizza and an all meat, both had very flavorful sauces, fresh toppings, and perfect crust. Good crust is important and they nailed it. Also had a good variety of drinks, my cider was great!

We came to Lava Louie’s for the first time and definitely will be back. The staff were so friendly and amazing. The drinks were good. The garlic knots were to die for, actually all the food we had. The atmosphere was inviting and made our experience so much better. We will definitely be back and will always recommend this place to ANYONE. Definitely try this place out. You will not regret it. The Photo Booth was also awesome. We got to take a picture that will always remind us of our experience at Lava Louie’s. First time: take out pizza. Very good, REALLY garlic-y crust.
Second time: dine in. Burgers were very good, it just took more than 30 minutes. Understaffed. Kayley (?) Served us and was alone to manage all walk-ins, pickups, the bar, the restaurant. She was great, though.
So overall, very good food, decent atmosphere, and the few staff seem great.

We go here often. Not only is the garlic knots our absolute fav. We LOVE karaoke. We come a couple times a month and have the best best time.

Sit in the bar and get served with the bar staff. The hostess/waitress was rude and dismissive. We actually thought it was a joke and her job was to be rude. Because of her we chose to sit in the bar where the service was polar opposite. Promptly served. Pizza and beer were good!

gotta be honest, i know every restaurant has their days, and people do food in their own ways, but across the board today my delivery order was very disappointing. watery marinara for my garlic knots with my garlic knots being just puff balls of bread with very VERY light parmesan and garlic flavoring. the pizza followed suit, watery pizza sauce with mid quality cheese and ingredients. got boneless wings as well that honestly just looked like they were microwaved from a freezer bag. all together i paid about a little under 50 dollars for borderline chuck e cheeze quality food. 4/10 would not recommend until changes are made!

We ordered for pickup on Friday and got a variety of things. We got an order of friend pickles, stuffed garlic knots, a bbq chicken personal sized pizza, and a chicken alfredo personal sized pizza.
To say I was blown away by those stuffed garlic knots is an understatement, I could eat those for every meal for the rest of my life! My husband’s bbq pizza was delicious and my alfredo pizza was eaten cold the next day and was spot on! The friend pickles were beautiful and crunchy but on the saltier side for me. That doesn’t mean I won’t try them again. I love that Parmesan is added everything. I can’t wait to eat here again, maybe we will dine in next time! Thank you for being a great, family owned business on our small island! I hope everyone takes a chance to try this place out!

Atmosphere was ok, we were seated promptly but the waitress was really slow to come to the table. She came to a table seated after us and got their order before ours. When she came to us, finally, she got drinks and our appetizer and did not wait to see if we were ready to order dinner (which we were). We almost got up and walked out after paying for our drinks (all we got at the time) when she finally came back. Our garlic knots came, the marinara was on the more watery side. The garlic knots smelled garlicy and were alright. They were puff bread with mozzerella. We had the Philly cheese steak sandwich, boneless wings, and fish and chips. Most of the food tasted finewhich was a redeeming factor. However, it was over priced for what you got. We paid almost $100 for the whole meal.

At Lava Louie’s they served the best Rubin sandwich I’ve had in a long time. Both the sandwich and fries were delicious and crispy and I prefer crispyness.
