We were seated right away, which was great for a family visit. Unfortunately, the service went downhill from there. The waiter who escorted and seated us seemed careless, and throughout the meal we had to flag down other servers just to place our orders or get assistance.
The most uncomfortable moment came at the end. After we asked the busboy for the bill and paid, the same waiter rushed back to our table to look at the receipt and check the tip, which felt very unprofessional.
That said, the food was excellent. The broth was flavorful, and there were many options to choose from, which we really enjoyed. If the service improved, this place would easily be a higher rating.

Typical AYCE hotpot chain. Service is good and food is average. Came here for an early dinner and food was acceptable. Don’t expect to be blown away…meat was fresh and average quality.

On a calm Saturday, I had just gifted a lovely bouquet to my partner, but we were now hungry. We didn’t know what to eat, but we soon learned about Happy Lamb’s hotpot deal, so knowing their good quality, we decided to give it a try. The ayce option is (I believe) limited to 3 rounds, but you can order as many things as you want each round. However, to take advantage of this we ordered a lot during the first and second round, which left us too full for a third round. However, everything was great. The additional sauce bar for 3 dollars is a must, but the quality of ingredients and meat was great. The other ready to eat hot foods leave a lot to be desired, but if you’re there for the hotpot you’re in for a treat. The free ice cream was also a bit lackluster, but the hotpot itself was definitely the point. Regardless, I would definitely come back for this deal as it wasn’t too expensive.

Meat quality’s pretty good, gotta give them that. Service was also quick, didn’t have to wait long. The hot pot soup was tasty too. Definitely coming back if they keep up the good work. Hope the quality stays consistent!
Most people when they eat hot pot they use or make a sauce for dipping. This hot pot style recommends that you don’t use a dipping sauce but you can make one at the sauce bar for $2.99 extra per person. Which includes sauce bar, appetizers, and a few type of fruits.

The restaurant is very modern and spacious with robots helping you serve up your orders. We came here for ladies night out and enjoyed ourselves with the great service, quality meat, plenty of side selections, and surprisingly good dessert. I was surprised by the desserts which is usually underwhelming at other AYCE places but they offer a lot of variety and it really topped off our full belly. Don’t miss their taro sago, fresh fruits, steam lava bun, and the best fried milk buns with condense milk.

Had an amazing experience dining here! Can’t stop raving how fresh the food was as well as the excellent service. They checked on us several times, refilling the broth and made sure we were comfortable and truly enjoyed our meal. Loved the lamb, mushroom combo, fresh thick noodles and fresh fish fillets. Sauce bar was clean and well-stocked although the servers don’t recommend using a lot of it as it can make your meal very salty. Don’t recommend the shrimp balls or the ice cream machine.
The robot servers were really cool. Contactless payment available. We even received a $10 coupon towards our next visit. Recommend a late lunch or early dinner to avoid the crowds.

A pretty nice place for Mongolian hot pot, especially if your a fan of lamb meat. The place is very spacious and well decor. The staff is very nice and friend. They also have a waiter robot running around delivering dishes >:”] the sauce, fruit and ice cream bar is $2 per person, and it’s unlimited. We really like the soft serve ice cream.

I like their beef oil soup base, and the crispy baked lamb shank! must order~ I hight recommend order one “house sesame bun” with it, eat them together! yummy!
Their “combo” option for seafood, veggie, and mushroom are great for group of people and if you can’t make decision which one you wanna, then go with combo!
