I ordered an hour before coming to pick it up and somehow, maybe by convenience, our order wasn’t being made until we came in. I understand, as a fast casual worker, how this could be the case. BUT as I personally have done the work of three of the workers I witnessed in there, this is unacceptable. Get it together, get better management, I don’t know what else to tell you, especially after having the time in store to look at the order screens. AN HOUR was plenty of time. And you forgot my sauces that I had to go back in for. You never know who’s ordering and is coming in your store, so don’t piss off somebody who understands what was going on. Only reason for the review.

Ordered at 12:20 AM and received the wrong order. Called immediately and was told they’d throw the right ones in the oven.
The corrected order showed up 2 min after closing and the driver threw it into the snow, not even on the porch. To top it off, the bread bites were basically raw dough.
If you can’t do it right the first time, at least don’t make it worse the second time lmao.

It honestly had to have been the worst pizza I ever bought from Domino’s. The thing had little sauce that was smeared so scarce that it was just enough too turn it red. And the cheese!, “what cheese?” They mustve ran out of toppings because I damn sure didn’t get any. This was a huge disappointment. Come on Domino’s you can do better. I really should’ve taken it back. But I didn’t check it until I was back at my hotel room. I guess I’ll get BBQ from now on.

They had 2 employees working on a Saturday afternoon. It took them 45 minutes to even start working on my order because they were busy. I also called the store 3 times while I was waiting and nobody picked up the phone. Management needs to either hire more employees or have more in the store at one time. This is just sad

Good pizza, excellent no-contact carry out, and friendly service.
BUT they got my order wrong. They forgot the hot-sauce on my pizza. Not the end of the world, was still a very good pizza, but c’mon it’s not that hard to double check and realize you forgot to pour bright orange sauce over the pizza.
I will be ordering again, cause it’s dominoes and it’s good pizza for a good price, I guess I’ll just have to double check it for them before I drive home.

NEVER ORDER FROM THE DOMINOS ON COLLEGE AVE in B-N IL. I ordered 2 sandwiches for delivery Saturday night & neither had ANY TOPPINGS on them at all. I was essentially charged $30 for $2 worth of BREAD. I have alerted the staff at my hotel (BW Premier) not to order from this location & they are going to post a sign in the front lobby warning all other hotel guests NEVER to use this Dominos. They skimp & cheat on toppings & my attached pictures show 1 piece of chicken was actually the entirety of the contents of my chicken sandwich. $30 for bread? No way! Avoid this place cuz literally Totinos Frozen Pizza Poppers would be better. I politely requested a refund Saturday night & they hung up on me. Management is a clearly lacking integrity & maturity here.
I have enjoyed these sandwiches at other Dominos when they were stuffed full of meaty, cheesy, veggie goodness. This Dominos location on College in Bloomington is an abomination and should be forced to close for defrauding customers.
