Dining while traveling is always hit or miss. Staff was friendly at Dos Mas and there appeared to be a lot of locals dining there, so we were hopeful. Perhaps I ordered the wrong thing (Chips with cheese), but it was not what was expecting. Prepared like nachos, it was served cold, not heated, so no melted gooey cheese. My co-diner was able to get a dish modified for a dietary restriction (cod over rice), which was a better pick than mine.
Prices were good and this is a great spot for a beer or cocktail, but the food and descriptions of it could stand some improvement.

Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. We went here because the place we wanted to go to had a 3hr wait. We were quickly seated here and received our food in a timely fashion. I did not order any Mexican dishes but a burger and it was decent.

Up until 2024 this was my fav restaurant in OB. Went back in 2025 and highly disappointed. Margaritas are watered down and taste more like juice. Salsa is from a can and tastes a bit like ketchup. Vegan taco options gone from the menu. Staff unable to answer basic questions like what soft drinks are available. Maybe new owners? I am sad for the loss of what was once a great casual dining spot.

Cute taco spot with delicious drinks! Lots of indoor seating and at the bar, but highly recommend getting a table on their outside rooftop. Great menu for vegans and vegetarians! Loved the yucca fries and steak rice bowl.

I had a chill and laid back time while eating delicious food and having the most amazing cocktails, alone.
Wish I could eat here all the time
The BEST spicy margaritas EVER.
Read that again.

Had breakfast, nothing special. Overpriced for a bfast burrito with a protein – and what’s up with chorizo not being an option? Bacon or sausage only. For $18 I’d expect beans at least.
Had a bloody mary, mediocre, surprised her sister maria wasn’t on the menu. (Yes, I’m sure you can ask for tequila in a mexican place, but it’s not listed – why not highlight the option?)
Sat upstairs on the deck, was quiet and nice. Waitress was very attentive.

Came in at around 1pm on a Tuesday in August. Maybe 5 other patrons in the restaurant at the time. Took about 10 minutes to have someone come to collect orders and she had to come back several times to clarify items. It was also noticeable that they were struggling with the orders on the tablet.
Drinks took about another 10 minutes to come out. Mind you, there are pretty much no other open orders holding them up at this point. Food took about 50 minutes to get to the table from when we arrived.
Food itself was extremely mediocre at best and several orders were wrong in minor ways (to no one’s surprise based off the very visible struggles).
Take the extra time and put your name in at a more consistent restaurant in town – you’ll probably still get your food quicker and it will actually be edible.

Cauliflower tacos were uniquely amazing! (Fresh handmade taco shells daily ). And their guacamole (fresh). I’m told their spicy margaritas are made with their own fresh jalapeño juice they grew and processed and delicious!

Love the rooftop at Dos Mas. Such a cozy hidden gem. I had the rafico rice bowl – so good. And our server, Alexa, was simply amazing. An all around great experience! Will be back soon.
