I always do carryout orders here, the person that give the orders looks pretty busy and I never have seen him in a good mood, he barely looks at you and looks like he doesn’t enjoy his work. I wish his manager can see some of this and maybe help him to make something different so this person can have a better work environment. I alternate with Domino’s every other week as they don’t have bonesless wings, and the experience in Domino’s is very different, they are very busy as well but they always greet you as soon as you come in and they look happy, that is a much better customer service that I wish this location could have as well.

I know that the reviews show something different but the guys work very hard here. It’s a small location with a lot of business. I will be the first to say that I will order from here and drive 30 minutes because the quality here is so much better than by my home.

The experience I had with this place is an absolute disgrace to the food industry. I placed a late night order through Uber Eats, WELL before closing. The staff told my delivery person they didn’t have the order. After being confronted and refusing to answer the phone, or speak to me through my Ubers phone, they made my order. BUT. They only made a part of it. An order of $43.90, and I was only given my pizza. They didn’t give him a 2L Pepsi, breadsticks, or my ranch and marinara. They promptly gave the pizza to him and immediately closed the restaurant. Absolutely ridiculous. I sincerely hope they take better care of other customers, cause I don’t see how they do business otherwise.
EDIT: I ordered a stuffed crust and did not get that. THEY DIDNT EVEN CUT THE PIZZA.

My husband was already stopped buying from them couple months ago but I was still buying because it was close to our house. I paid $16.75 for a large size basic cheese pizza. The box is so much smaller then before and amount inside the box was like a joke feels like I bought small size pizza! Its barely good for 1 person or max 1.5. NOT WORTH for the money I paid for sure! There is also a person, when he realize you dont pay for the tip, his face gets upset and change his attitude immediately like they are a restaurant and I am sitting and receiving some extra service so I should pay them a tip. I am paying in the store and grabbing it from the store nothing special I am sorry I am already overpaying for a tiny pizza inside the large size box. I think, I am done with this place.
