I visited them last week on my trip to Alaska
The coffee is good and the smoothie is good.
I ordered a piece of cream cake but it was warm, not cold, which cut down on the flavor.
And the walker. She overcharged me for something I didn’t ask for.
But they immediately refunded the amount to my account
Overall a nice experience

Cozy little bakery and coffee shop. Lots of variety. Gluten free baked goods options. Breakfast bowl was filling and tasty. Staff is attentive and hard working. Stay in Sitka a week and went here multiple times.

Excellent food, reasonable prices. Breakfast burrito, avocado toast, French toast, turkey gouda sandwich–all terrific and tasty. It can get crowded here, so go early for breakfast or lunch.

Absolutely loved this place! WildFlour Café & Bakery is one of those rare gems that perfectly captures Sitka’s charm. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the smell of fresh-baked bread and espresso—instantly cozy. Every pastry looks (and tastes) incredible, and the breakfast sandwiches are next-level delicious.
The staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming, making you feel like a local even if you’re just visiting. You can tell everything is made with care and quality ingredients. Whether you’re grabbing a quick coffee before exploring town or sitting down to soak up the morning vibes, this spot is an absolute must-visit in Sitka.
✨ Pro tip: grab one of their pastries to go—you’ll be thinking about it all day!

It’s been more than 2 years since I went to Sitka, and I discovered this new bakery in front of Westmark Hotel. I ordered the avocado toast, and I never imagined avocado would pair so well with pickled shallots. The bread was fresh baked and toasted well. I also ordered their Mermaid smoothie bowl, which not only looked visually appealing but tasted really good as well. My only regret wss not ordering their coffee, which everyone seem to be enjoying that fine Friday morning. If you’re ever in Sitka, I’d highly recommend stopping by.

This restaurant would do an amazing job in any town because the food is outstanding fresh and unique. This could easily be one of the best restaurants in town. We ate there for breakfast came back later for coffee and tea and would’ve come back for another meal if we didn’t have to leave.

We waited until the last day of our trip to go here for breakfast and it was worth the wait! The selections were unique and delicious. We ordered the salmon which if the day, the breakfast sandwich with bacon, and the breakfast burrito. Each one was better than the next! The pastries looked delicious but we were way too stuffed after our hearty breakfast! Loved the ambiance and the service was amazing!

We ordered the chocolate croissant and ham with cheese croissant for breakfast. We also enjoyed a hazelnut latte and americano.
The walk from the port was not bad at all. After enjoying this place, we walked through town

Amazing little place. Stopped by on my walk around town before I flew back to San Diego for breakfast and wasn’t disappointed. I got the avocado toast and it had a mountain of avocado on it! So tasteful and filling. The bread is delectable! The people are sweet and the offerings are all scrumptious.
I left with a cookie and scone. Wish I’d have ordered more to go! If I was in Sitka this would be a morning routine for me. The cookie was awesome 9.1 on the Portnoy scale and the scone was about as good as I’ve had at about an 8.7
The beast of the day was the avocado toast at a 9.4 WOW!!!!!
I went to this place for breakfast at the beginning of September 2022 and it’s now October and I’m still thinking of my meal from this awesome little place!
Highly Recommend!
