So if you are a customer in the store you are nothing, you will wait 20 minutes until you are acknowledged, only yo be told to order off the kiosk and not with the person who finally speaks with you. Just walked away at that point. Don’t need to be treated like nothing.

Absolutely will never come here ever again. It was my first time and absolute last. Employees seem to not give a damn. about their job. The breakfast sandwich I had absolutely gross , burned bread and most extremely dry sausage ever .

Quick service. Order made correctly. My only issue is that one of the workers started mopping the floor around me as I waited for my order, pausing for me to move so he could mop my spot where I was standing. There was no one else in the store. He could’ve waited until I received my order. Also he created a slip hazard around me, I luckily did not fall with my hot coffee.

I normally don’t write reviews but this place put me in a bad mood and got me very upset. First off when I ordered my food I didn’t even click on this store (I know its not the workers fault its the companies but they sent me on a whole wild goose chase to get to this dunking). Secondly there is no parking whatsoever. The people in here are mad rude and understaffed. it took me a minute to find out where the to go pick up was because nobody wants to move or help you out. I plan to never return to this location for as Long as I live in this area I really had a bad experience and it made me not want my food anymore. Do better dunkin’.

I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with cream cheese and a peach drink at the drive thru (Airmont Rd) and when I got to my destination, I saw that I got a plain bagel which I don’t eat. I’ve tried calling the store but nobody answers and the woman didn’t give me a receipt which I also don’t appreciate.

This Dunkin’ is great. The coffee is always fresh and hot. The staff is always very nice and extremely helpful. The donuts are great, the breakfast is also great. I especially love the mobile order feature that they offer through their app, because you can place the order on-the-go and by the time you get there, your order is usually waiting for you.
