I have been to this location many times. It has been through changes over time. Food is good and depends on the shift team
They have kiosks to order food when dine in you have to order at kiosk even if you pay cash.
Food comes in fast. Used to be booth in the past they have changed the seating.
There is a hugeee shopping cart parking right outside not sure why it is there makes the place look shabby. Good fast food, need to clean it up a little esp the area close to main sign

During our visit to the drive-through with my three kids, we were pleasantly surprised by how swiftly our order was taken and prepared. The staff displayed an exceptional level of friendliness that made the experience even more enjoyable. When I requested all the sauces we would need, I decided to ask for a few extra. To my delight, the attendant graciously obliged, showing a level of kindness that can sometimes be scarce at other locations, where the staff can be a bit more rigid or dismissive.

The atmosphere was upbeat, and the efficiency of the service was impressive. As we pulled away with our bags in tow, I was thrilled to see that we had received four satisfying meals for just $45—a fantastic price for such hearty portions. Overall, I absolutely loved our experience at this particular drive-through, as it combined great service with excellent value, making it a memorable outing for my family and me.

Went here after a Sharks game because they’re listed as a participating location on the free taco deal after the Shark’s win. They kept telling me “No free taco”. I asked if they needed to see the promo code or the tickets- “no free taco”. I told them they were listed as a participating location “no”. Well, can I show you? Why is there no offer?- “no free taco”

The worst customer experience for a drive thru order. The order was completely mixed up, the details of the order was correctly reflected on the screen but still gave wrong food. I have asked to replace chicken/meat with black beans which clearly showed on the display and when I opened the order after reaching home, the order was completely different. I was totally irritated and felt disrespectful for not paying attention to the instructions of the customer. This is very pathetic and person who packed the food did not pay any attention and gave me wrong order which is absolutely negligence. I called the restaurant back and asked if I can speak with the manager to share my worst experience however i was told manager left for the day and there is no supervisor either at the restaurant. This is unacceptable and would rate zero stars for the restaurant who does not care for their customers. I will not recommend this place…

Ordered a coke, sprite,2 super tacos and 6 regular tacos. Lady at drive thru window gave us 2 dr peppers. When questioned she said 1 was dr pepper and 2nd was REFILL. We repeated our order and it was corrected. Got home to find out missing 1 taco. Had 5 not six. This is second time we have experienced a problem with this place. There will be no 3rd time. Taco Bell has lost a family patron.

They might as well close the in store option and just run the drive thru since they apparently couldn’t seem to handle both. Waited 45 mins for a 12 dollar meal… every person that ordered in store was frustrated making small talk about how they should’ve just gone somewhere else bc it took so long. None of the workers would even look in the direction of people trying to ask for help.

I LOVE TACO BELL SM !! AND I LOVE THIS LOCATION !! the food is so good i usually get the chicken quesadilla and a soft taco with a large baja blast zero. i’m rating a 4 overall bc the last few times i went the baja blast zero and baja blast in general was out and one time my chicken quesadilla was dry as hell

Another visit to Taco Bell recently (May 2022)
Served raw/unbaked Chalupa. Hardly any stuffing… short serving in every aspect.
No quality control. It is Expensive too – and very low quality and service quotient. This place is not worth one’s money. Bad Bad, Taco Bell.

This place every time messes up the order. Every mobile order either they will serve non-veg for a veg order or they will fail to put any sauces napkins or eating sporks. This has been happening for the last four times at least no order has been served as expected. And when you talk to them or call them back or go back to them, they have a very snobby response. I don’t like this place at all. If you can avoid it do so.

The guy at the counter just ignores customers standing to collect/order and walk around looking busy. Everything’s so slow here. After the app says food’s ready, takes about 10 mins of waiting in store to pick up – just a tip for others. And don’t get the coffee, takes an extra 10 minutes
