At this point, I’m convinced this Chipotle is running a social experiment to see how wrong they can get an order before customers completely lose faith in humanity. Five for five — that’s not bad luck, that’s a talent.
My DoorDasher sent the attached photo — he stood there for 10 minutes while the staff did their best impression of mannequins. Nobody looked up, nobody spoke, nobody cared. It’s like watching a live-action documentary called ‘The Death of Customer Service.’
Then, when they finally decide to make the food, it’s like they spin a wheel of random ingredients and say, ‘Close enough.’ I honestly have to know — where do you find these employees? Craigslist’s “Bare Minimum Enthusiast” section?
You must give out a ‘Worst Employee of the Month’ award, because the competition at this location must be fierce. I can only assume Chipotle corporate thinks they’re too big to fail — maybe give Bud Light or Cracker Barrel a call and ask how that mindset worked out for them.
At this rate, I’m half-expecting my next order to just be an empty bag and a handwritten note that says, ‘We tried’.

everyone seemed a bit stressed i understand, the guy making my bowl was kind. everyone seemed kind. the girl at the register didn’t say much though. it kinda made me feel a type of way, but i don’t know what people are going through. All she could say was “scan” like damn!!! i’m smiling and being kind. i hope her day gets better.

Every time I come here it’s a 20-30 min wait because they are out of rice. This has happened three times in a row. All visited around 6 pm. The food line is disgusting. The drink / utensils area is always a mess. The people that work here truly don’t care and it shows. Probably best to order ahead.

The constant loud employees and goofing around were annoying. The blonde manager was loud and obnoxious. She was constantly taking the attention of the servers away from the customers. The food line was clean, and all of the normal options were available. I tried the new honey chicken and was pretty good. I will still stick with the beef. The restaurant, in general, wasn’t spotless but wasn’t dirty. Maybe pay more attention to the dining room area. This was at 7 pm, and it was kind of slow. We live nearby, so we will definitely come by at different hours.

This is our “home” Chipotle and we are always impressed with the service and food. But today, we were especially impressed with Trevon working the midday shift and on the line on his own. In the time that we were there, he had to change out the chicken, black beans, white rice, cheese, sour cream, and to go lids. And he did it on his own with a smile and efficiency. Thanks, Trevon!

So many workers and always behind and some food items waited 15 minutes for somebody to cut the chicken up and put it on a bowl in order to serve me. Another worker proceeded doing other stuff. Multiple times going to this location and never fails they are scraping the bottom of the chicken … this last time they barely had any I stated I would wait for more as it was almost done…after waiting 5-10 mins for chicken to be cooked they still scraped the bottom of the container placing old cold chicken on one of meals and fresh on the other. Absolutely ridiculous…do you not consider what you yourself would want to eat. Do better.

Waited in line at the counter fpr more than 5 minutes. Too many workers behind the counter walking around but no one came to the order counter to take my order. Very poor service. No one came to explain why no employee can take the order while the line behind me was also building up. This Chipotle team needs to get their act together and learn each other’s job to keep the line going. It seems like if the one person can’t get the order, the whole system breaks down. Food production center at the front is so messy. Very undesirable to look at if you are ordering your food.

This was the wake-up call I needed. I love Chipotle, and I was excited to see that I now have this location closer to where I reside. Though I have been here multiple times and am now fed up with what they call a “reasonable” portion size. What I was given was 100% less than 4oz which is their “standard” size. I understand that employes are just doing their job, but what irriated me is the manager came and didn’t offer any sort of guest service and just had the “it is what it is” look on her face. Im so over spending loads of money at these food establishments and they skimp out on your meals leaving you too feel like your money is wasted. Thats my own fault though, and I will not be eating at this location again as I just cannot have this happen to me again, it seems to be a reoccuing theme at this particular location where they seem to skimp out on a lot of peoples food. Im just over it.

We come here with my family often and each time he is on the line, he has shown nothing, but friendliness, respect and patience. He also has a great sense of humor, which adds to the overall experience.
