Went into this Starbucks with a simple goal: order a drink for my girlfriend. I didn’t have it memorized, so I showed the cashier the order written out on my phone. Instead of just doing his job, he responded with, “You know how to read, don’t you?” — which was unnecessarily rude and condescending.
The attitude didn’t stop there. He took the order like I was inconveniencing him, then handed me a drink that was clearly rushed and poorly made. It wasn’t even mixed properly — just layers of ingredients thrown together. For the prices Starbucks charges, the bare minimum should be basic courtesy and a drink that’s actually made correctly.
What makes this worse is that there are at least five other Starbucks locations nearby where the staff is polite and the drinks are made correctly. This location stands out in the worst way. Bad customer service and a worse drink. Won’t be coming back to this location.

EVERYTIME I place an order in app it’ll say completed then when I get to Starbucks I’m waiting 5+ minutes when I order ahead for a reason ! To top it off they’re not even busy when I place the order. They’ve messed my order up numerous times! To the point I get tired of calling because I never receive the free drinks they offer to replace bc I order thru the app so it’s so much money lost, if they weren’t the only one on my way to work I would’ve stopped going to them a long time ago

When I stopped in, it wasn’t even busy no, no one else was in there, but someone who had already ordered. I ordered a cold brew and stood there for 20 minutes. Finally someone who had ordered after me got theirs and the girl literally said oops sorry I forgot yours. Maybe you should retrain your staff. Not sure how you forget someone who’s standing right in front of you.

I love this place is always warm and nice but today I see the worst humiliated situation when a worker named nick said to an elderly women to went to the bathroom because she was cleaning her nails, but not only that he said but the way he did it loud and trying to embarrassing her, that’s a really bad situation to see coming from an employ! Order was right but wait timing was bad. Mobile order took 10+ to pick up with only two cars ahead. One worker in the background was trying to hustle, but the worker at window gave no greeting and was on her cell phone while we waited.
