The small quesadilla is more like a taco. It’s really good. I had it with fajita chicken. I also got a side of guacamole, which was maybe four dollars and I had it with the quesadilla.
My friend got the large quesadilla and it was very, very large large enough to have a lot of leftovers and I don’t believe it was very expensive either
The steak fajita is really really good and the individual tacos are a decent deal
We had just seen the new Tron movie next-door, and I kind of felt like I was still in the movie because the lights were so bright here. It was honestly kind of a strange atmosphere, but the service was impeccable.

I’m a regular here, both for breakfast and lunch, and I can’t say enough good things about this Mexican restaurant! The food is consistently super fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. My absolute favorite? The chicken green enchiladas – they’re always perfect. The waitstaff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making every visit a pleasure. I genuinely admire this restaurant; the cleanliness is always top-notch, and the overall experience is consistently excellent. Highly recommend!

Omg the food is SO GOOD & AFFORDABLE PRICES. LARGE PORTIONS. I had a taco de pastor and a torta de asada I added egg and cilantro y cebolla. Omg it melt3d in my mouth. The corn tortillas was doubled but so soft and pillowy its literally tasted like heaven. Not to mention when u walk in , its so beautiful it even looks like heaven a little. When you first go in there you will see what I mean, after you taste the food, you will know what I mean the staff are all sweet and very hospitable. I didnt feel like an outsider which is a plus. Even the customers eating there were cute. Just all around great experience

They will not give you tap water. You have to buy a bottle of water. That said, the chips and salsa are free, the salsa was relatively spicy hot.
Will probably go back, but would not want to pay full price, meaning I think in general it should be a little cheaper for what you get across the board. Probably worth it for the specials, if you’re deliberately target the best deals.
They have some pretty decent specials if you come at the right time / the right day. See photos for daily specials.
All of the meats they did really well, I got the fajitas which was what waitress said was one of the favorites, in fact, the only one she named when asked. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and the chicken was good. Plate was large and there was a lot of food, it came with another plate with sour cream, a tiny bit of guac, salad, rice, beans. Although menu says rice and rice, haha.
Got the queso, very mediocre, this definitely needs improvement. Everything other than the meat, was also decent, but not wonderful. Ended up being a pretty good meal, but could use some improvement with the guac, queso. Flavoring of other things such as beans.
They have no draft beer, but only bottles and cans, these are relatively inexpensive $4+ to $6+. Their cocktails are a bit more expensive, $10+ But likely a bit more.
My friend got a custom flavored margarita, it was very mediocre tasting, but decorated nicely. Not particularly inexpensive. I’d stay away from the mixed beverages, and probably get a beer.
They have a big parking lot, so no worries on parking.
The atmosphere is awkwardly well lit. They have nice tables and chairs, but almost no booths, it’s almost like a nice McDonald’s with occasional colorful LED lights, haha there’s also a weird stage there in the venue. Makes me wonder if they do karaoke… Or if that stage was there when they got the place. Atmosphere could certainly use some improvement. Probably just dimmer lighting would help a lot.

Had a friends birthday dinner last minute here, the food was delicious and the drinks were great! Highly recommend the cantarito and the carne asada with nopalitos. We felt bad getting there an hour before close with 11 people but the servers were welcoming and attentive regardless. The food came out fast too! Warm and correct! They have a stage and a karaoke setup, looks like a great time! They even put on Las Mañanitas for our friend with a delicious flan dessert! Will return soon and will recommend to everyone I know!

We’ve been going to Taqueria Los Altos for years, and this new location about 10 minutes from Dell Children’s is amazing. The food is always delicious, the space spotless, and the staff incredibly kind — they even celebrate my son’s milestones after his brain injury and thoughtfully accommodate his dietary needs. This location is beautiful and much more accessible, with handicap parking and a ramp right out front, wide spacing between tables, wheelchair-height tables, natural lighting, and music they’ll gladly adjust if needed. It’s not as busy as their old spot yet, but it definitely deserves to be!

Well, it’s your typical Tex-Mex dining spot; there are many restaurants in Texas that do this type of food well. For me, the subtle differences are what separate an average Tex-Mex restaurant from a great one, and this is a solid, good restaurant. The food has good flavors, and the portions are just right—not too little and not too much. The waitresses are courteous and polite. Service is fast and prompt. It’s a clean restaurant with plenty of parking. A perfect place to hang out and enjoy good company and good food in a casual atmosphere.
