Do not walk…RUN to dynamite gal and try their new menu, i thought they were good before but they have ELEVATED. I had the “bruh” and the ramen.

We were able to enjoy Dunamite Gal at the Panoia Cherry Days. They were parked around the corner from the rest of the food trucks, and we were so glad to find them! REAL food and a short line (at least at the time we stopped!). The chile lime pork belly and the Dynamite chicken were so delicious, we really hope to find them again!!

The food was awesome! Good amount of flavor without too much salt or spice. The portions can be bigger but are what to be expected with a food truck, glad I tired and I am excited to see how it evolves. I also had a minor error with the beeper but it’s not a big deal.

Enjoyed a great meal and great service! Expected a bit greasy food but not.at.all. The spicy is not hot spicy, just great flavor.

The food is amazing! The bao was unbelievably flavorful, the dynamite shrimp were yummy, and the loaded fires were so so good too. Can’t wait to eat there again.
