So from what I see on the reviews it could go 50/50 . Well for me is was not so good!! I even told the females who were working that instead of interrupting their whatever I would send my wife in so I didn’t interrup the feminine energy of whatever was going on only for them to give my wife the same treatment. Maybe the non subway approved music that was blasting over the speakers made them Def, dumb and blind. I don’t know but I do know I will NEVER return to this business. The place was empty and now I see why!! One good thing I found a pizza place who makes a better meatball sub and a Peruvian place both on opposite sides of this location. GOOD LUCK!!

I am not one to complain about subway due to being a big fan! BUTTTT. If the owners of the branch next to Nick’s pizza in Port Charlotte by 5 guys read this. Holy SLOWWWWW and terrible service today. Saturday 11/23/24 at 3:15 pm. This shift definitely NEEDS more training. Usually this store ROCKS!!!! Fast friendly service in and out the door, but today it just feels as though there isn’t a inclination of “Let’s do this” but I do not hold this against this store. I know that this generation just doesn’t have it….. in any case. PLEASE TRAIN this shift up just a tad above slow and stop and we they should be ok. Good luck… P.S I WILL STILL COME BACK. Just with a 3 hour lunch instead of 30 minutes.

I Placed an online order at this store for two subs and 7 sidekicks items. Behind the counter was a guy and a lady named KIM. I was very excited to try the new items on the menus but Kim made the experience not desirable. She made it seem like it was a bother for her to do her job.
She was making comments behind the counter:
( “Oh they shouldn’t be allowed to order this many” Oh you the lucky one ma’am, someone placed a large order” “Oh let me guess they ordered dips for them too”).
The funny thing is that the guy was the one making/working on the order NOT her.
Overall a bad experience due to lack of customer service. She would benefit from additional training.

I’ve been here a few times since January and have been very pleased with the service, their attention to my little idiosyncrasies. Never one to just accept the standard, I’m always asking questions about how I can tweak the Subway add-ins and the personnel has always happily indulged me. I have recently ordered over the phone and arrived 15 minutes later to smoothly walk in, pay and take away the exact order I had specified. The store is CLEAN, the sub is delicious because it’s what you ordered! We’ll keep coming back again and again!

This is by far the best Subway around. I order 8 subs 2 times a month… I used to go to the subway on price blvd and plantation rd off of Toledo Blade. But everytime I went there i was treated like it was a burden on them to order that many subs, even when i would let people only getting one or two subs go before me. Also the process they would use to make them was by order of ingredients not by sandwich. Which usually ended up with 1 or 2 of them incorrect at the end. All in all just poor service and attitudes at that location!
Ironically I was referred to this s Subway location by an employee of the plantation rd subway, when i tried to call an order in 1hr. Before their closing time and was told that they didn’t have time to make my order so I should try THIS location.. Im very grateful to thr lazy rude employee for sending me there though, because everytime I go here Im greeted with smiles and wonderful attitudes. Every single sandwich is made beautifully. They make all 8 subs as if im only ordering 1 and every one is the best sub ever…every single time! There’s one employee in particular that is just so pleasant with amazing attention to detail…her name is DIAMOND! I hope someone in management reads this and gives her the credit she deserves. I will recommend this location and most certainly return myself!

Subways new subs are awesome! I had the new southwest Mexicali and it was fabulous. The cheese steak sandwiches looked delicious too, my b-i-l had one. The store was clean and the sandwich artists were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend trying out the new sub menu!

I came specifically for their Chopped Salad! I was told they no longer chop their salads because apparently it is too much work for the employees. So, this sweet employee proceeds to hand cut 3 of the ingredients in my salad. It took much longer than normal, was more work for her work and was a much smaller salad than usual because most of the ingredients remained in large pieces. At the end, the salad I normally eat while I am in the vehicle was unable to be eaten. I need to go home where I have knives and chop up my own salad.Bring back your chopped salad where all the ingredients can be chopped and the dressing can be mixed in making it possible for me to eat it on the road. This was a bad experience.
