Too bad zero is not an option. I Mean read the past reviews they speak for themselves. After tonight I couldn’t be anymore disappointed with the staff, the customers and the drive thru times. Everything truly atrocious, the girl with red hair and glasses and a hat on needs a class on dealing with the public and learn the words sorry for the 13 minute wait time were backed up due to other customer mobile order coupon nightmares. That would have been a good way to keep your current customers at least content while you deal with the “best” of what North Platte has to offer. Oh and good idea not giving customers thier reciepts so they can’t input your information on the website, good thing good reviews are a thing

Drive thru. Ordered at 9:45. Told to go to spot 1. 45 minutes of waiting so my husband goes inside. Idk if they’re just lazy or they don’t communicate. Got told they claim they made it but it wasn’t there so “maybe we gave it to someone else” communication isn’t this hard people. Seriously. I’ve worked in fast food, when you get a grand total of 4 people in 45 minutes it’s pretty damn slow and should be so easy to handle those orders. Especially when you’ve got 5 people in the back all chitchatting without a care in the world.

This location is always dirty. If the management believes this is clean then I would never want to see there homes! They always take between 15-20 minutes to receive your order! The French fries are always cold because it takes so long! Upper management here is clueless of the daily operation here or just don’t care! Not returning anymore , I have had it ! Why spent money at a place that has no pride or accountability of its employees!

Ordered food and waited a crazy amount of time before getting it. Also they forget at least 1 thing every time. But my biggest complaint is I drop my husband off to work at 4am and both locations are closed ?!?! Open at 5AM? But both McDonalds signs are on.. what are traveling people supposed to eat? Took over 30 minutes to get our food after going to counter to get someone’s attention. Manager walked by and ignored us. Fries were good. The young man that did end up helping us acted light we were inconveniencing him. We don’t live in north Platte but do pass through occasionally and will never eat here again.

Just stopped here 5 minutes ago, still in the parking lot typing this. We ordered a burger 2 fish sandwiches 2 fries & nuggets and everything came out extremely quick, fresh & piping hot! The gentleman who assisted us through the drive thru was beyond friendly & helpful. The west has the nicest fast food workers! Thank yall

We ordered 6 10 piece nuggets and had them go to another customer that was here after us. We waited 30 mins for nuggets and fries. They also forgot our sauce and fries. The slowest McDonald’s I have ever been at.

I have gone in to order food from here many times and every time the customer service is terrible. Half of the time they don’t actually give you what you ordered. When you order a drink, they don’t set the cup out, and you have to go get the cup from the counter. It’s not a big deal, but most of the time they don’t have the right size set out. Then you have to go speak to someone, but nobody watches the counter, and you stand there for another 30 minutes before someone finally acknowledges you while glaring at you the whole time. I have spent over 30 minutes each time waiting for my order to be made. I understand they’re busy sometimes, but it shouldn’t take that long for me to receive mediocre customer service. I also have never eaten in the store because the tables are always dirty and there is always food or sauce on the floor.
