Oxtails are the bomb! Round the corner from the warehouse. Huge portions. Was suggested by a trusted local. So happy I decided to try this homey little spot. Not much seating but you can take out. All the food was good. Plantains were perfect and meat pies too. Will be back for sure.

I like there food menu. These are nice people. They listen to a lot of Christian music and speak Creole. They serve me very well. They sometime make me laugh. I went inside of restaurant and they blast there music that was on tv. It was like a church show and it was playing Christian Haitian music. Today was my first time here i ordered the chicken meal and my food smelled like fish. I’m pretty sure y’all used the same oil you fried the fish to fry the chicken and that is not okay because if i was allergic to fish that would cause me to be sick. I really hated the fact i had to smell that fishy smell because i don’t like fish and i hate the smell. The chicken had no seasoning. Where’s the epsi on it to make it good? It seems like it was deep fried and not boiled before frying it. I was disappointed most in the fact my chicken smelled like fish. The rice was good and plantain was extra because i added it it was good too. The only bad thing was the chicken and i wasn’t sure what sauce you give me with the food.

My good friend referred me to this little restaurant, and I’ve been ordering food from them since Some days the food is good some day the food is ok I never have bad food there. Because I have no expectations of great service or anything like that. I walk in get my food and leave. I do believe the fish it’s a little bit pricey $25 or $30.00 However my Mom love it and if you know me you already know i will do anything for my Mother beside I like the fish too. Do I have some advice for them that can make them better, Absolutely. Do you think they give it shitttttttttt about this review or my advice HELL NO. Do you think someone will reach out to me after this review? Hellllllll noooooo.

Working Uber Eats delivery, only 1 person in front taking orders, cashing out, getting the food and bagging up. She need to be more professional how she talk to the customer. It was one customer asking her something she was rude and the customer was very patient. My food finally came up about 5-7 minutes of waiting in line.

I would give it a 5 star because the food is great, but their customer service f××kin sucks. I love supporting my people, and especially black business, however, their customer service tend to be very poor. Please try this place out because their foods are great, but don’t expect great customer service. They’ve even improved on their phone orderings because you don’t have to wait.

The customer service is really bad despite of the that my boyfriend and I always go there to get food but after today I’ll never get food there no more this guy was literally arguing with me cause I was handing him my debit card he looked at it and ignored me I told him that was very disrespectful… If I’m my paying for my food I shouldn’t be treated bad and this is not the first time he been rude he shouldn’t be working there if he doesn’t know how to treat people period. *The food is good the food is right.
* BUT the amount you receive for the money is equal to the amount you pay for the food like the oxtail plater does not come on medium it cost $17.00 before tax after tax you are right about $18.00 for that plater they give you 4 piece of oxtail sometime one is smaller than the other sometimes two oxtail.
* And the rice they give it in is a little square box witch I expected them to press it down for it to be equal to a large plate instead they remove some of the top of the rice
*Now if by any chance the time they cooking anything that get burn they serve it just like that trying to save the money not to throw it away beans, rice, gravy ect…
