Mindy’s Bake Shop is a hidden gem! Everything is made with such care, and her vegan and gluten-free options are genuinely delicious. Not just good for being gluten-free but good, period. I especially love her muffins. My personal favorites are the chocolate chip banana and blueberry. My kids are big fans of the cookies.

I’m not normally a fan of vegan baked goods, but everything Mindy makes is incredibly good. Some of my favorites are the apple muffins, the oatmeal cookies, and the lemon crinkle cookies. Definitely the best plant-based baked goods I’ve ever had!
