Had to come in again and order more this time I had a coworker with me we ordered the crab boil and man what a treat. Just the right flavor and I definitely needed that bib staff gave me ( ) since I was on a lunch break. The staff is always on point with giving you suggestions of what’s good and they hit the nail on the head with this suggestion. Definitely becoming one of my favorite spots in Douglas and this is a really great compliment since I live in Valdosta and we have some great spots but this place is definitely making me rethink.

Sadly my family and I eat out a lot. In the last 10 years service and quality of good has gone done. This Is one of the few restaurants I’ve been too that was absolutely amazing. EVERY thing was good on everyone’s plate. Not just ok or good but AMAZING. Friendly helpful staff . Even the sweet tea was perfectly sweetened. Suggestion: sweet potato fries come with caramel and powdered sugar. This was perfect!!!!!!

Loved the atmosphere and decor! We ordered take out and both my husband and I had their shrimp Alfredo. It was delicious. The only thing that I would suggest would be to completely remove the shrimp tails. It’s not helpful to have to pull off shrimp tails when they’ve been laying on a bed of pasta with creamy alfredo sauce. I had very sticky fingers and then had to wash my hands again before I could enjoy the meal. If it were just an order of shrimp, fried or otherwise, the tails aren’t a big deal, but not on a dish that you should be able to eat without having to remove the shrimp tails. I would recommend this place and encourage everyone to offer your reviews for their long term improvement. I want this place to stay open, as the food was prepared well and tasted great. Overall pretty darn satisfied. Loved their hidden bar in the back too. Cozy and private.

Sea Shells Seafood in Douglas is a gem. The food is super fresh and delicious, the service is friendly and on point, and the atmosphere is relaxed with a great vibe. The bar is a nice bonus too — perfect for a drink before or after your meal. Definitely worth a visit!

My wife and I finally found time to have dinner at this seafood restaurant that opened in April 2024. The remodeled, contemporary space is beautiful but a bit loud for conversation. I ordered red chili wings and a bowl of seafood gumbo. The wings were on special for fifty cents each and were served hot. They were a bit small, but what I expected for the price. The gumbo was super spicy and I shed tears of joy. It did not have a traditional roux base and a few too many potatoes, but I definitely would order it again. My wife had 12 medium size grilled shrimp with mac and cheese and sweet potato fries. The shrimp were good but too salty. The sides were excellent. The service was very attentive and the owner stopped by to welcome us. Shells is family-run and kin to sister facilities in Warner-Robins and Dublin. We’ll be back to try something else from their extensive menu.

Love the bar and the atmosphere. The service was amazing and the bartender is such a people person and amazing mixologist. The food was amazing I had the shrimp jammers and they were a great recommendation. Then my main course was the grouper fried with garlic mash and mixed veggies. They were cooked perfectly. The other waitress miryah was very friendly when she came back to bring plates. Highly recommended establishment
