Ordered online. Went to wrong location. Never got the text that my order was ready after 5 minutes of putting my order in. Called to explain mistake. Would not refund and sent me a text right away saying my food was ready even though it was 10 minutes earlier than the time expected to be ready according to the email. Poor customer service and the ummms and ahhhs…. while talking to me was rather ridiculous. Lost a customer for sure. Will just go to bajas.

Have eaten at the one in Cranston, not bad. The one in West Warwick… stay away. First time, the burrito was almost all rice and no meat, the taco shells stale. The food overall, cold.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, I ended up with a stomach ache amongst other things.
Fast forward a month.. Lets give them a second shot. Food was prepared right, but the hard taco shells were somehow soggy at the bottom and stale at the top. And low and behold!!! A stomach ache twice as bad. Stay away or go to another location.

Im from texas and your pictures of food looked delicious, so I stopped by with no expectations. To my surprise the food was flavorful. I got the sampler just to taste most of your menu and was blown away.

Chimichanga Combo was flavorless and dry ground beef. Paid for chips and cheese and got THREE chips submerged in the canned beans. No drinks available for delivery. No napkins or plastic flatware on delivery order. Deep fried burrito was put in a styrofoam container and container was a little melted. Not worth the $19.08 paid, without tip and delivery.

Finalmente!! Tacos muy deliciosos!! Haven’t had any good Mexican food since leaving LA, CA. The Al Pastor is on point! Get the soft tacos! Will definitely be back to try more stuff. I had crunchy chicken taco, soft taco carnitas and pastor. All very good. Decent price for what you good. Not far off from food truck prices in Cali.

Terrible customer service. The girl that takes the orders overcharged and wants to hang up on me was very disrespectful and unprofessional! I’m not the only person that she had overcharged tonight! And when I sent my boyfriend in to pick up the food, she was screaming at another customer because she overcharged them! And after all the headache and hassle, I didn’t even get my food because they wanted to charge me again! definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Friday night 10/25 came in to eat at 7 pm I ordered 3 steak tacos for myself and my husband who speaks Spanish asked in Spanish for 3 tacos de bistek well the young kid who took the order must have not understood Spanish and thought that my husband said beef and gave us 3 steak and 3 beef and then when I asked if he could re make them for me with the steak which is what we wanted said NO and that he would have to charge us for new ones. VERY POOR SERVICE!!! We come here almost every Friday night and I’m shocked because every experience this far coming here has been superb service and food. Teach your workers about the importance of customer service and treating them poorly so you don’t lost customers. I come here so I don’t have to travel to Providence to eat but after tonight I will rethink about coming back.
