Home run after home run after home run. This place is one of the most consistently top-notch food experiences around. Everything is packed with flavor and clearly made with care. The duck tacos and the jerk sammie were absolutely phenomenal — easily some of the most flavorful bites I’ve had anywhere. Already looking forward to the next visit. Highly recommend.

Stopped into this deli and my husband and I were seriously impressed. The staff were all very welcoming and attentive! The maple bourbon tater tots were perfectly crispy with just the right balance of sweet and savory. The tomato bisque was rich, creamy, and comforting, exactly what you want on a chilly day. I ordered the specialty chicken sandwich made to order, and it was fresh, flavorful, and clearly crafted with care. To finish, the cherry granola soaked apples were a standout. Everything tasted thoughtfully prepared, and I’d absolutely come back.

I love this place!! It’s located inside Factory Square with tons of parking and seating. The food is very unique and delicious, you really can’t get it anywhere else. The food came out super quickly and the staff even came to check on us after bringing it out. We got the steak sandwich, beef nachos, shortcake bites, & a sweet potato heat burrito. The location is also super convenient! There’s a bakery with cupcakes, a coffee shop, a pet shop for treats, & a brewery all at the same place. We brought our dog and saw so many other pups as well. We stopped at the brewery after and saw that The Lab was delivering food to people at the brewery too. Overall, great food, customer service, & atmosphere!

Here on a business trip, and wanted to try something local and decided on this place. Upon entering the restaurant, everyone was extremely friendly! However, when trying to order our food, the gentleman trying to take our order was struggling. He had to keep going to the back to ask the guy cooking food what to do. But we figured it might have been his first day so we were patient. However, when he asked where we would be sitting we pointed to the main lobby and he said he would bring our food out to us. He flipped the screen around for the tip and after I had added the tip I noticed that for the customer description, he put “red head – big”. I am a plus size lady, but I found this note entirely unnecessary. I get they want to bring the food out to the right person but I was the only red head in the area we said we would be sitting. It was unfortunate that a relatively positive interaction was completely soiled by a fat shaming comment. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to cause a scene, just wanted to eat my food and move on. The food was ok not bad not great. We did, however, have to ask for our receipts 3 separate times before they finally figured out how to text them to us (we had to have them to submit for company expenses). Over all, I won’t be back and won’t recommend to anyone in the area. The factory square is a cool spot, but I’d recommend trying one of the other restaurants in the building.

The old factory setting is really cool, always appreciate the surroundings. The food was good, actually really good. We had a chance to speak with the owner, he is a roll up your sleeves, hands on kinda guy. He had a new guy manning the counter, he was awesome, great personality and asked during different eating times how was the food. The other staff had been great as well, certainly no issues. The food was really good, sorry I didn’t post pics..:-( the menu changes weekly, for most of the items. Good food, stop in for a great meal, and if you want a beer to you have Game Craft or Witchdoctor right in the same building. Enjoy.. Well be back, I’ll edit my post and show some pics..

Fantastic food and very interesting menu items to choose from
We had the duck tacos , Jerk ribs ( very spicy and delicious not for faint palates) and duck pireogies
Served at our table next door at the brewery
It’s takeout only but common dining area just outside the location (inside the factory space) cool vibe

All were fabulous

Highly recommend

Everything that I have ordered from here has been awesome! The steak grinder, chicken Caesar wrap, and pulled pork sandwich. My absolute favorite is their hush puppies, and mixed with the sauce it is incredible. And that’s all being takeout! Would highly recommend this place for any late night dinners.

This little takeout restaurant is located in the Factory Square. Based on the name, they are an experimental kitchen. There were tables out in the hall to eat at. They had a menu taped up on the window; it didn’t match what they had on their website the day we went. I think they have a ever-changing menu.

I really wanted to try out their Nashville hot chicken and fries but they ran out. I opted for the kimchi pork nachos and those were good. They had a wide variety to choose from that day; from hot dogs, cheese steak grinders, burgers, I wanted to try them all, they all sounded good. The service was good, they brought our food to the table for us. They also collaborate with Witch Doctor Brewery across the hall; you can order food and they will bring it to the tap room for you. I look forward to going back.

I’ve had many different plates at this spot but tonight.. OMG. I got the Mediterranean Salad with crispy chicken & it was sooo good. The dressing was delicious and although it was creamy, it was a light dressing. The fried chickpeas and feta made it!! My daughter had the kids chicken quesadilla w/ I’m assuming house made chips?! But our dishes looked EXACTLY like they presented in Facebook! *chefs kiss* also the guy working there was so nice!!
