Review for Nathan’s.
First I’ll start off with Justin, straight up 10/10 service, that is a man who has pride in his work and it shows,
Customer handling experience 10/10
Speed 9/10
Quality 8.5/10
Quantity for pice 8.5/10
Meat 8/10
Fries 10/10 (cheesy bacon fries available here and they are wonderful.)
Drinks N/A (handled by 3rd party and normally short on options.)
Now the finer detail’s.
Location is great, big food Court at the Petro here in raphine Virginia it’s kept clean and neat. 9/10
Kitchen, open view you look at it you see everything it’s clean kept and we’ll maintained. 9.5/10
Menu, short which in my book is a good thing, they do fires, hot dogs, corn dogs, and hamburgers, and they do them well. 9/10
Service, once again Justin did a fantastic job 10/10.
Food packaging, it’s good could be better (boxes get a little soggy) but I know that better = to cost so. 8/10
Bonus round.
Chilli was good for road chilli but I’ve spoiled myself on that hahaha so my opinion is kinda skewed.
Final opinion and rating.
10/10 experience will be back for more so it will get 5 stars.
Finally explanation.
Some people may ask why I’d go through the trouble of writing out a review for a fast food place, part of the truth is it’s entertaining to me, the other is I know corporations read these and cares about these it lets them know what they are getting right and what they are getting wrong, it lets bosses know who should get praise and who should get punished for poor performance.

Justin was awesome very helpful and knowledgeable about the food. Even though they didn’t have any hamburgers left because it was about 20 minutes before they close. He made my corn dog nuggets and onion rings fresh and they was delicious thanks Justin for the awesome meal

I pass through here pretty often and Justin is here every time I come. He’s a great guy. Always nice, works hard, makes it right. He’s made this specific Nathan’s a regular stop for me over other places when I’m passing through the area.

Justin has been working at Nathan’s for 8 years he told me. I walked in today, tired and irritable. Every time I see the guy, he is in a good mood and smiling. Had me some hot dogs with mustard and onion. A quick bite to eat, served by people like Justin make the road a little more tolerable.

Far from The BEST, but also not The Worst. The Burger patty didnt seem like it was all Beef. More Filler…Maybe soy?
Asked for extra crispy onion rings. Not sure if the grease wasnt hot enough or what, but they were cooked, however soggy and not crunchy. And the fryer grease needed to be changed. You could taste everything that it cooked + onion rings. And all the burnt crumbs from the grease stuck to the onion rings.
This was my 1st time trying Nathan’s and I didnt like anything to every try it again.
