What did I have –
The classic combo – Little Burger, Little Fry, & Drink. Fries can be salted or with Cajun seasoning – $13.99 before tax
These burgers are loaded. Everything under the kitchen sink is on them. For me, it didn’t work, but if you like burgers loaded than Five Guys is your place.
I requested cajun seasoning for my fries – they were hittin’. Definitely delicious. Next time, I will request they fry them a bit longer so I have that crispness.
Pros
1. Service was good. Friendly staff.
2. Indoor & outdoor seating.
3. Clean and organized inside.
4. Peanuts are free.
5. Parking free in lot.
Cons
1. Too many toppings on the burgers. The list is overwhelming. All the toppings takes away from the burger (the patty) and you have a mouth full of a variety of flavors. My taste buds were confused.
Note: you can remove ingredients from your burger.
Despite my personal feelings about burger toppings; I would come back. The staff, environment, & price makes Five Guys a burger spot to visit. I would just order my burger plain and keep it simple.
The caramel milk shake was GOOD, clean, fresh ingredients.
I tried the vanilla milk shake with bacon bits. I was bit nervous about this combination. But I did it. It’s DELICIOUS, strongly recommend it. Thank me later.
The hot dog was good, crispy as well. If it was double the size for 9$ I would have it again. Otherwise I cannot justify the price tag.
Loved the friendly welcoming vibe, the team members seem to really like working there & work good together. There is a happy, lively atmosphere. In contrast to other establishments ( not 5 guys) were workers seem to be irritable & stressed out due to short staffing. I especially loved Taylor’s helpful, smiling vibe, sense of urgency, willingness to go above & beyond, good vibes, made me feel so welcome, as did everybody else.
Great place.

We don’t have burgers a lot but when we do, we used to love this place. Why?
1. Delicious double burgers with so many complimentary topping options!
2. Free peanuts!
However, they didn’t do well in our visit today:
1. We ordered 3 burgers, the order taker took down the orders correctly. Each burger was numbered with a tag. They switched the numbers between two of them, and we didn’t realize until we each took a bite. Luckily, we were in the family and didn’t bother us too much, but this is really not a mistake you’d want to make if there are serious allergies (eg mushrooms, etc)
2. For the third order, we ordered A-1 sauce, the order taker noted it but we didn’t get it so we had to go back and ask for it again.
3. All the burgers didn’t have any flavor (are we supposed to as for salt?), and we ended up requesting more A-1, and used it on all 3.
4. The breads became soggy with the way condiments were placed. I think they used to be more thoughtful so this didn’t use to happen
All and all, we were a bit disappointed this time 🙁 I hope they can take these comments as a challenge to improve as we used to love this place!

My Prior review from 2022
Great burger as always. I usually have a little bacon cheeseburger, the best thing is I get to pick all the toppings I like.
They are prompt and friendly. Masks are required but they don’t have the typical floor marking for 6-feet social distancing and people tends stand a little closer than normal.
During the pandemic, they don’t have dine in option and for some reason their nice outdoor dining is also closed! We bout some coffee next door and ate at the outdoor dining area next door.
The burger was fresh and delicious, and I really loved the bun. Meat was not too greasy. Veggies were fresh and crisp. I didn’t get any sauce, but it wasn’t needed, and my burger was not too dry. Not was it sopping wet. Perfect!
Cajun style fries were way too salty and spicy for my taste. I’ve heard that they have massive portions for the fries, but it wasn’t anything I couldn’t handle by myself.
The milkshake was a creamy and delicious vanilla with any and as many free mix-ins as you like. I got fresh strawberries with whipped cream, and it was outstanding.
