Ryan the Manager on duty on Tuesday 10/28 gave the wort service I have ever had through a drive thru. I drove to the window to pick up my order and they had my order wrong… I ordered 3 cheeseburgers no onions. And they only said I order 2… and said I did not pay for it. I said well I will pay for it now…he told Mr I would have to pull in and walk in… mind you I’m sick as hell and just got out because I was starving. I told him 3 times I ordered 3 and he said I order 2… I said so your calling ne a liar? He said no but really he did… so I told him I will wait here for my 3rd burger he said he would call the cops… So I will never go back there again.
As for the manager you need to learn the customer is always right! And you could have treated me and that situation much better. This guy shouldn’t not be a manager in any way shape or form….

Ordered on the app and used my code like directed.
Once I pulled up to the window it was just dead silence for about 20 minutes and cars were starting to line up behind us. After finally getting my food, they forgot my McChicken and the fries and nuggets were stale as hell. It was giving they’re a day old and were microwaved. Been to a lot of McDonald’s up and down California and this is by far the WORST.

I had a horrible experience here with my girlfriend. We came to get a burger and a soda today 05/23/2024 at 10:30PM we ate outside the restaurant and when i tried getting a refill on my drink a McDonalds employee looked at me with a straight face and told me that in order to get a free refill I had to eat inside the restaurant she made me feel very disrespected, and i felt that the way she talk to me and looked at me was very rude. I tried reading her name tag to call and make a complaint but name was too small but it looked like it said “elanny”

We had a very bad experience here. The service was horrible. We came here at 9 pm and it was very quiet in this place. We ordered at the kiosk inside and took our number and went outside to wait for our food. After 20 minutes of waiting still nothing. Another friendly customer eventually told us that we had to come inside to get our food. The lady told us that they don’t bring your food to the table if you are seated outside. This was not made clear in the restaurant whatsoever and the number signs tell you that they will bring your order to the table. The lady clearly saw us sitting outside but told us that she called out our number 3 times. She seemed to be in a very bad mood and didn’t want to offer good customer’s service at all. We really wouldn’t have minded to get our food inside, if it had been made clear, but the way it was handled was just unrespectful. The consequence was that our food was cold.

Ok , my most recent visit was a literal nightmare. It seems like this place is an entire circus run by clowns.
Included below were pictures of what the kitchen deemed “acceptable” to sell .
Issues
– incorrect order
– a literal corner of a hotcake smashed into the edge .
– terrible presentation
– poor food quality
– not offering a refund
Prior review
If the employees make mistakes , please provide the customer with compensation for your mistakes . Driving all the way back and wasting gas to pick up something you forgot to put in initially calls for at least another free meal.
And/or an entire redo.
Will continue to update my reviews on future visits !

Just had a problem with elson or olson manager at the location over the app when you order you buy 20 piece nugget you get fries free with purchase couldn’t use it when redeeming i dont know what was done but couldn’t use the code ended up paying for my fries . So i went around parked and ask how did i use my code if i didnt use it . Then he offered give fries after i paid for them i was like for what you should have told me that in drive thru . Then i told him about the last time i came in he was rude . I told him i was gonna call corporate he was go head have a good day sarcastically like making fun of me like if i was dumb then he threatened was gonna go to my place of work and complain about me . Like he’s a manager he was not professional at all for all those years he claims he’s been there Then told me he knew who i was and not go back there. Which i wont either. Bad service with knowing how to handle situations . Mind you on drive thru he literally rushing you with the order he said he’s been there 15 yrs i really think he’s tired. To be rude like that. In the pic I started taking video asking him to repeat how he just threatened me about going to my job! Now he wouldn’t look at me. But thats him. Im still calling corporate.
