Extremely unhelpful staff. Ordered item via door dash. Item was not available. Dasher handed me a receipt instead. Called baskin, was told I could pick up an item for the same price. Went next morning and was told I should ask Doordash for a refund (which would never work for an order from the previous day). Was told I’d get a call from some regional manager, never did. Treated me like I was trying to swindle them. Waste of 30$ and my time.

Absolutely unacceptable. Ordered 5 milkshakes today, and every single one of us is now sick with severe stomach issues and explosive diarrhea. The milkshakes were the only thing we all consumed in common, and I can’t believe something served to customers could make people this ill — especially dangerous for someone pregnant like me.
On top of that, they didn’t even have the flavors we originally ordered, but we settled — and clearly that was a huge mistake.
This is beyond disappointing — it’s a serious health concern. I will never order from here again, and I strongly urge others to think twice.

Ice cream – half the tubs were NOT labeled. We had to ASK what each of them were. Annoying.
Ice cream — we weren’t sure until we started eating it…it was DEFINITELY NOT FROZEN PROPERLY, it was being kept at too high a temperature.
Kid helping us was trying, but maybe he was new?
If you order a triple scoop, you get a free waffle cone…he didn’t mention this to my son, who requested a triple scoop, not knowing about this offer. We noticed the tiny sign, and bright it up. He got the waffle cone…advertised as “FRESH MADE WAFFLE CONE” IT WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE. It tasted like it had been sitting on a back shelf for a few years.
Cake cone I received — I have nothing positive to say. I ate a few bites, tasted like stale cardboard.
We traveled over 2 hours to get to this store… because they have my hubby’s FAVORITE ice cream. Daiquiri Ice. Was it worth the trip? The jury is OUT.

I love this shop! You can have a milkshake as soon as they open! They don’t judge and with it combined with Dunkin donuts, you have an even larger selection to choose from. I think they even can put coffee in a milkshake for you. Their cakes look really cute and I’m sure taste delicious! Definitely worth a try if you haven’t already!

Always an issue with this place. I probably always ask to have for 4 different flavors before they tell me they finally have it available and when you ask them what flavors they do have available they respond with a snarky comment “I’m not going to tell you all the flavors we have”

The drive-thru was barely moving, and as I finally got closer to the speaker I realized the staff were not saying anything for several minutes, and there were no apologies for the wait or an “it will be just a moment”. My coffee was made well, but I thought I would try the pretzel bites out, and they turned out to be essentially raw and cold. I’m not impressed.

My ice cream from Baskin-Robbins was very good and served quickly. However, at the same drive-thru I ordered from Dunkin Donuts, and it was disgusting! The grilled cheese and the bagel bites had a fuel flavor, which I’m assuming is from whatever they used to heat them.

The visit was frustrating. The supervisor told a counter person to clean a dirty counter because clients might see it – not because it could lower the standards of the store, attract pests, wouldn’t be fair to leave it that way for the next shift, etc. I waited a long time while an employee placed an order in which she couldn’t decide what she wanted and was more focused on social conversation with her coworker. There was no awareness or concern of the customers behind her. The counter person had difficulty figuring out which of my gift cards she didn’t scan to charge me correctly / ensure they were all validated. Lack of training, burnout, bad hires, I don’t know but it was not a good visit.
