When I ordered food I did not get a receipt or even asked for a name for the order. Very rude service. There is no napkins, the soda machine barely even works. Theres only lids for the big cups, no lids for the medium or small cups. Very dirty floor and tables. Food was cold and there was some curly fries in my regular fries. I’m never coming again to this jack in the box!!!

Food was good. The place looked clean from the outside. Took a while to receive the order. Was told to wait at a parking spot. They didn’t wanna take out 100 doller bill. It’s 3pm it wasn’t the night shift or after 10pm where most places don’t exchange over $20 bills. Wasn’t thrilled to use my credit card just because they didn’t wanna exchange my bill.

This location is a much better location then the one on S. Broadway, the service is good too.
Seems like at this time (12-29-22, 11 A.M.) they may need a little more staff but they are handling well. The employees worked very well with a deaf customer who came in as well.
Actually came to the table to hand out the food. Very kind ladies here.
Food came out somewhat speedy and all looks good. The store is very well kept, clean and newly renovated. Bathrooms were clean and no code for them was needed.

Easily one of the worse Jack In The Box I’ve ever been to. Long wait on drive throughs, the food quality was very poor and I went the other day and they were out of sausage at 8 in the morning. I don’t know how they are still operating at this point. Every time I go it’s a negative experience.

So this morning stop to eat and this happens. My total was 14.01, hand the manager a 20.00, and for some reason they don’t have change and the best part is it is not her job to have change foe the customers. WOW, GREAT NON CUSTOMER SERVICE. DONT STOP HERE ANYMORE!!!!

So tonight I ordered one of the classic fully loaded wedges, one of the spicy fully loaded wedges and one large seasoned curly fries. The food was good but the fries were very stale and they put the jalapenos on the classic fully loaded wedges. Usually that wouldn’t be a problem but since I’m allergic to jalapenos I took the other one that apparently had jalapenos hidden in it and my throat started closing and I had to be rushed to the emergency room. It may have been an accident but I encourage all of the employees to be extra careful on preparing the food so that this doesn’t happen again.
