Came for lunch, was kinda empty which should of been a red flag but tried it anyway. Had the two meat plate with brisket and sausage. Definitely won’t be returning, bbq had no flavor. They have breakfast so maybe that is decent.

Salad bar has a ton of options, but noticed a hair in the dressing. Kind of gross. But everything else was very clean.

I want to see this place succeed; however, their breakfast portions are so small. I get that you need to manage portion sizes with food costs, in order to see a profit, however, what’s the point if people go elsewhere? No business, no profit.
As per usual, Pastabilities next door was hoppin and boppin while the Village BBQ next door was empty – no customers until I walked in. The shortage on eggs is over, so why are they still chinzy on the eggs? Not sure. I will still go there, but not sure how long they will be open if this trend continues.
Village BBQ, please rethink your strategy. I would like you to stay open.

I’ve had this food a few times when it’s brought into my company and served by Village. It’s just not good. I’ve given it three tries now and I’m continuously disappointed. The smoked chicken never had any flavor. The potatoes are also really dry and if you don’t cover everything in bbq sauce it’s nearly inedible.
