Great salad place. I had the harvest salad. It was very tasty and hit the spot. The person who helped me was very friendly and helped make my first visit a very positive one. I ate at an outdoor table which totally aligned to how I like to chill and have a great lunch.

Sweetgreen is my spot for healthy, fast-casual meals. Everything I’ve tried so far has been consistently fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The ingredients always seem high quality. It’s a great place for grabbing lunch or dinner, when you’re looking for something healthy and delicious.

From the looks of the place figured it’s something new in WC, so we decided to give it a try.
To start with – excellent service and that’s what grabbed our attention. Don’t know the name of the gentleman with cool tattoos – you are a star of this place!
No to the food quality:
Kale Cesar bowl – kale and chicken nicely chopped, however salad leaves I couldn’t wrap my fist in them. Giant and barely fit in my mouth. Slightly unpleasant. Excellent Garlicky dressing.
Hot honey chicken plate – cool ingredients, although soggy and spicy hot for breastfeeding mommy. So be careful with that.
Overall – simple, new and pleasant for the “grab and go” experience.

I have order from different sweetgreen location and the salad are amazing. That is why I was supper surprise when my order was missing some ingredients. I must have bad luck or who ever did my salad was distracted because both salads that I asked with Miso Salmon were missing it and and also other ingredients. Maybe next time I should just go there and not order in the app. Lesson learn to double check before I leave the restaurant that everything is correct. I hope next time I go to this location I have a better experience and update my rating. The salad are delicious!

Although Sweetgreen has just opened, I’ve already been here twice. The first time I made the mistake of ordering one of their standard bowls and wound up throwing it away. Arugula is awful and the spicy dressing was so hot I couldn’t eat it. The second time I ordered the same bowl but substituted spring mix for the arugula and balsamic for the spicy dressing. Those two changes made a huge difference and the bowl is something I could eat every day.
I’m a huge fan of the other salad shop downtown but Sweetgreen is going to be a potential go-to place for me now.

Seamless ordering through their app and convenient pickup. Salads are usually great quality, though on one visit the chicken had a slightly off smell—hopefully a one-off.

Sweet Greens has really declined. Dry chicken …if they remembered to add it …and the atmosphere of a Mission District soup kitchen. Look elsewhere. Too many choices in WC to pay for this. Understandably void of customers.

Ordered here for the first time and it was disgusting. It looked good but when I really looked at my plate, I noticed there was a hair there. The hair is blonde or gray. My hair is black. I would like to speak with someone at the store, but no one is answering the phone.
I contacted customer service and their service was awful, they do not seem to listen. I asked for a refund, they asked me a bunch of questions which I answered and it took hours. However, they said they could not refund because I ordered through Uber eats, I understand that, but I said that from THE BEGINNING multiple times, and they still made me believe they could help me with this. They did not seem to care how this location was unhygienic. They still won’t answer the phone.
